    • PURPOSE: A method for connecting the upper plate and both walls of rahmen structure is provided to simply assemble reinforcing bars at a corner part, thereby sufficiently securing constructability and economic efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A method for connecting the upper plate (300) and both walls (200) of rahmen structure includes: a step of installing the walls at a bottom plate; a step of connecting inner reinforcing bars (210) overlapped in corner part spaces using corner part longitudinal reinforcing bars (600); and a step of burying the corner part longitudinal reinforcing bars in the inner reinforcing bars with placing concrete in the corner part spaces. A vertical wall-shaped outer finishing plate (220) is upwardly extended from outside the upper side or side of the wall. The corner part spaces are formed by mounting the upper plate between upper sides inside the walls. The inner reinforcing bars are extracted from the upper sides of the walls and the end portions of the upper plate. The inner reinforcing bar is formed into a U-shaped ring.     • PURPOSE: A clinometer using a fiber bragg grating sensor is provided to enable gradient to be accurately measured at high precision since deformation rate according to gradient is measured using the fiber bragg grating sensor. CONSTITUTION: A clinometer using a fiber bragg grating sensor comprises optical fiber(10), circular frames(20), and a rotating pendulum(30). The optical fiber comprises a fiber bragg grating sensor for measuring deformation rate. The circular frames are arranged at a given interval. The optical fiber is wound on the circular frames in a tension state, and thus the circular frames maintain a free-strain state in the tension direction of the optical fiber. The rotating pendulum comprises a rotor(32). The rotating pendulum is able to rotate toward a vertical direction, in which gravity always is applied. One end of the rotating pendulum is coupled to two optical fibers, which are wound on the circular frames and are arranged side by side.
