    • A medical data processing method of determining positioning control data describing a positioning procedure for positioning an anatomical body part (2) of a patient (1), the method being constituted to be executed by a computer (11) and comprising the following steps: a) acquiring (SI) reference medical image data describing a reference image representation of a reference structure (3); b) acquiring (S2) patient medical image data describing a patient image representation of the anatomical body part (2) and the reference structure (3); c) acquiring treatment position data describing a predetermined treatment position of the anatomical body part (2) which it shall attain for conducting an envisaged medical procedure; d) acquiring marker reference position data describing a predetermined spatial relationship between a marker device (4) and the reference structure (3); e) acquiring actual marker position data describing the actual position of the marker device (4); f) determining, based on the reference medical image data and the patient medical image data, body part reference position data describing the spatial relationship between the anatomical body part (2) and the reference structure (3); g) determining, based on the body part reference position data and the marker reference position data, body part marker position data describing the spatial relationship between the anatomical body part (2) and the marker device (4); h) determining (S4), based on the treatment position data and the marker reference position data and the body part marker position data, positioning control data describing a positioning procedure for positioning the anatomical body part (2).

    • The invention is directed to a data processing method for determining the consistency of registration of the position of a treatment body part to be treated by radiotherapy with a treatment beam arrangement of at least one position of a treatment beam issued by a treatment device, the treatment body part being a soft tissue part of an anatomical structure of a patient's body and the data processing method being constituted to be executed by a computer and comprising the following steps: g) acquiring CT data comprising predetermined CT information about a position of the treatment body part relative to a bony structure of the patient's body and about a first position of the bony structure relative to the treatment beam arrangement; h) acquiring x-ray data comprising x-ray information about a second position of the bony structure relative to the treatment beam arrangement; i) determining, based on the x-ray data and the CT data, bony structure position first transformation data comprising bony structure position first transformation information about a first transformation between the first position and the second position of the bony structure; j) acquiring CBCT data comprising CBCT information about the position of the treatment body part relative to the treatment beam arrangement or relative to the bony structure; k) determining, based on the CBCT data and the CT data, bony structure position second transformation data comprising bony structure position second transformation information about a second transformation between the first position and a third position of the bony structure relative to the treatment beam arrangement; determining, based on the bony structure position first transformation data and the bony structure position second transformation data, transformation difference data comprising transformation difference information about a difference between the first and second transformations.

    • The present invention relates to a method for tracking image sections which represent indicator body parts of a body in a process sequence of images, wherein changes in the position of the indicator body parts are used as an indicator for changes in the position of a treatment body part of the body which is to be treated using a treatment beam, said method comprising the following steps: providing advance image data which describe an advance sequence of images representing a result of an advance analysis of the body; providing process image data which describe the process sequence of images, wherein the process sequence of images represents a result of a process analysis of the body which is performed after the advance analysis; determining, on the basis of the advance image data, sub-images which undergo similar changes in position in the advance sequence; extracting, on the basis of the process image data and the determined sub-images, image sections from the images of the process sequence which have an image content which corresponds to the image content of the determined sub-images; and tracking the extracted image sections in the process sequence.
