摘要： A stack module fault detection system, comprising an insulation resistance tester; a stack module, consisting of a plurality of stacks; and a plurality of switch groups, wherein each switch group comprises a first switch and a second switch, each switch group is respectively connected with a stack, the first end of the first switch is connected with the positive electrode of the stack, and the first end of the second switch is connected with the negative electrode of the stack; the second end of the first switch is connected with the positive electrode of the insulation resistance tester, and the second end of the second switch is connected with the negative electrode of the insulation resistance tester. A controller connected with the control end of the switch group controls the opening and closing of the switch group. The insulation resistance tester detects the insulation resistance of each stack in turn and sends the insulation resistance to the controller to monitor the insulation fault in the stack module. Under the condition of not disassembling the stack module, the insulation resistance of each stack is detected, and the stack with insulation fault can be located, so that the operation of fault positioning is simplified.

摘要： A control method and system of a fuel cell electric vehicle stack. The control method comprises steps of: obtaining insulation resistance of the stack, which comprises at least two sub-stacks electrically connected in parallel; and disconnecting a sub-stack with insulation failure from a DC bus and then causing the stack to enter a failure mode when it is determined that the insulation resistance of the stack is smaller than a first preset threshold. The stack is determined to have an insulation failure when it is determined that the insulation resistance of the stack is smaller than a first preset threshold. The sub-stack that has the insulation failure is located and disconnected the sub-stack with insulation failure from a DC bus, and the stack is then caused to run in a failure mode to perform failure protection on the stack, avoid deterioration of the insulation failure and burnout of the stack and improve the safety performance of the stack.

摘要： The application provides a method and device for starting a solid oxide fuel cell. In the method, the outlet temperature of the solid oxide fuel cell is monitored; when the outlet temperature reaches a first set temperature threshold, changes in the resistance inside the solid oxide fuel cell are monitored; when the resistance inside the solid oxide fuel cell is decreasing, the input power of a power converter is adjusted to increase the output current of the solid oxide fuel cell, avoid reduction of the heating power of the solid oxide fuel cell, ensure the heating speed of the solid oxide fuel cell and shorten the time spent in entering a full power generation stage of the solid oxide fuel cell, thereby shortening the starting time of the solid oxide fuel cell.

摘要： The invention discloses a method and device for detecting a leakage rate of a solid oxide fuel cell system on line. The method comprises steps of: cutting off fuel gas supply of an anode cavity, cutting off an exhaust line of the anode cavity and cutting off high-pressure air supply of a cathode cavity in the operation process of a solid oxide fuel cell; obtaining an open-circuit voltage and temperature of the solid oxide fuel cell; and determining a leakage rate of the solid oxide fuel cell system according to the open-circuit voltage and the temperature of the solid oxide fuel cell. Based on the technical solutions disclosed by the invention, the leakage rate of the solid oxide fuel cell system can be detected on line.

The car power supply system specifically comprises a first battery, a vehicle control unit (VCU), a lithium battery management system, a solid oxide fuel cell control unit, a second battery, a first relay and a second relay. If a solid oxide fuel cell controlled by the solid oxide fuel cell control unit provided by the present application cannot stop working within a short time, the first relay restores the first battery to power the VCU and the lithium battery management system after a start switch stops power supply by the first battery, so that the solid oxide fuel cell control unit is powered by the second battery to make the cell work normally and realize power off, thereby preventing the problem that the solid oxide fuel cell cannot work due to rapid power failure of the vehicle.

According to the system provided in the present application, when a certain group of three-phase windings fail, the other three-phase windings can still realize the whole vehicle operation, effectively avoiding the serious failure that is easy to cause stack reaction failure and even stack damage when the air blower system fails, thus improving the safety performance of the system.
