摘要： The present invention is a handheld grinding mill. The handheld grinding mill of the present invention is operated by first removing the grinder knob and screw off cap to expose the interior chamber of the body, where the desired spice would be place for grinding. Once the body is loaded with the desired spice, the cap and knob are attached. To open and close the aperture, the shutter-actuating ring is rotated either clockwise or counter clockwise, placing the doors in either a closed or open position, as desired. To grind and dispense spices loaded in the body of the mill, the actuating ring is rotated to retract the doors and open the aperture and the knob is rotated, which results in a rotation of the grinder and dispensing of the spice through the aperture.

摘要： The present invention is a kitchen hand tool for crushing, slicing, or juicing food products. The tool is operated by closing two handles that rotate a drive gear that engages the ratcheting tooth portion of a crush paddle resulting in the movement of the crush paddle toward a basket, crushing and discharge of the food item through the basket. A drive pawl forces the drive gear to rotate counterclockwise, which in turn forces ratcheting tooth portion and subsequently the crushing paddle down in a clockwise direction applying crushing force on the garlic or any item placed in the crushing area. As the drive gear turns until it clicks past a locking pawl. This cycle of opening and closing the handles is repeated until the crush paddle is fully advanced and can move no further and is against the basket.

摘要： The folding ladle's primary function is similar to many other ladles found in the market today and known in the prior art, it can be used to scoop a standard size portion of liquid or powered solids from one container to another. The primary innovation of the invention is the flexible bowl, which allows the large scooping bowl of the ladle to fold in half for more compact storage. Once folded the ladle will hold this smaller position indefinitely until it is snapped back to its open position. This is achieved through the special shape of the ladle's bowl. When snapped into the closed position the size of the tool is greatly reduced in size and it fits more easily into drawers for storage.

摘要： A liquid infusion system has an infusion chamber with open top and bottom ends. The top end has a removable cover. Flavored ingredients are placed in the chamber. A lower housing is rotatably secured to the bottom end of the chamber. A one-way valve located within the lower housing allows liquid flow in only a single direction. A stopper configured to be inserted into a bottle of virgin liquid is connected to the lower housing. When the system is tilted downward, virgin liquid is free to flow from the bottle and into the chamber. Bringing the bottle to vertical closes the valve and allows the virgin liquid and any ingredients placed in the chamber to steep, to produce a flavored infused beverage. The lower housing can be rotated and locked into a position in relation to the infusion chamber to prevent the flow of liquid into or out of the chamber.
