      SOLUTION: In the bobbin which has flanges on both sides of a bobbin body part with wire wound thereon, the above bobbin body part and the flanges are constituted of insulating paper, and besides the faces at least in contact with the wire of the bobbin part and the flanges composed of insulating paper are constituted of aramid fibers.

Furthermore, the charge removal operation is performed by keeping the laminate sheet heated.

The insulation sheet for the motor includes a surface layer on one surface side, a surface layer on the other surface side, and an intermediate layer provided between the surface layers. The intermediate layer is a polyester resin layer formed by a polyester film, and at least one of the surface layers is a polyurethane resin layer including a polyurethane resin. The polyurethane resin layer is a layer formed by applying a paint containing a polyurethane resin to the polyester resin layer and has a lower elastic modulus than the polyester resin layer.

      SOLUTION: This prepreg sheet is formed so as to have each thermosetting adhesive layer on both surfaces of a sheet substrate. This prepreg sheet is so used: that one surface of the thermosetting adhesive layer is adhered to a slot internal wall of a stator core or a rotor core of the drive motor for the automobile; and that another surface of the thermosetting adhesive layer is adhered to a surface of a conductor coil in the slot. The another surface has surface tack so that a U-shaped segment to form the conductor coil can be inserted into one slot in a state where a plurality of segment feet are bound, and the one surface has nonadhesiveness so that frictional resistance to the slot internal wall upon insertion of the feet can be controlled.
