One end of each brush is anchored to a brush housing adjacent a periphery of the dispensing wheel, and the other end of each brush is anchored to an adjustable anchor disposed about the axle of the dispensing wheel. In a preferred embodiment the adjustable anchor comprises a notched bushing adapted to receive a moveable ring secured to the brushes.
