摘要： PURPOSE:To make an efficient combustion without breaking some discharged home dust by a method wherein a counterflow is generated in a fluidized bed starting from the downstream side of a discharging port for non-combustibles to the upstream side of a dust feeding port. CONSTITUTION:Amount of air fed from a blower 71 to each of air boxes 6 is adjusted by an air amount adjusting valve 70 in such a way as its volume is increased at the downstream side air box of the hearth 4 and the air is injected onto the hearth 4 through an air distributing tube 9. On the hearth 4, the processed material is ignited together with the air, a fluidized bed is formed and further more flow rate of injection air is found at the downstream side and injected toward the downstream side, resulting in forming a circulation flow. Due to this arrangement, the processed material which was supplied onto the hearth 4 is efficiently ignited within the fluidized bed. Iron block etc. in the processed material are settled in the bottom part of the fluidized bed and an inclination angle of the hearth 4 is set to have 5-25 deg. so as to cause the material to be moved on the fluidized bed 4 toward the downstream side. The ignited dust is separated into waste gas, dust and non-combustibles and the waste gas is ignited in a secondary combustion with the air fed from the nozzle 50.

摘要： PURPOSE:To improve scraping capacity of a scraper in a belt press type dehydrator provided with a scraper by reciprocating the scraper and removing impurities in the dehydrated cakes adhered to the edge. CONSTITUTION:Dehydrated cakes adhered to the lower belt 2 of a belt press type dehydrator are scraped off by a scraper 24'. However, fibrous inpurities 29 are get twisted round the edge 27 of the scraper 24'. When the scraper 24' is moved in the direction of rotation of the belt 2 at a speed faster than moving speed of the belt 2, the impurities 29 are separated from the edge 27' with the movement. When the scraper 24' is moved opposite to the direction of advance of the belt 2, the impurities 29 rubbed on the belt 2 are picked up with other adhered residual cakes by the edge 17' and discharged.
