摘要： PURPOSE:To provide a belt press type dehydrator which prevents leakage of sludge, etc. by constituting the same in such a way that the spacings between weir plates and a filter cloth belt can be changed according to the rate of supplying of the sludge passing between the weir plates and the filter cloth belt. CONSTITUTION:The sludge supplied onto a filter cloth belt 1 in front of a gravity dehydrating section is conveyed in the direction of an arrow 19, and is first passed under a rear baffle bracket 29, where the sludge is distributed in the transverse direction of the belt 1 by baffle plates 33a- and is passed as sludge ridge of penked shape 53a-. In the stage when the sludge raked like ridge passes under a weir plate 46, the sludge is crushed with the plate 46 to form a sludge layer of a specified thickness which is then ploughed over with the front baffle plates 33b- in succession thereto to expose the belt surface and to squeeze the sludge, whereby the moisture content of the sludge is decreased. Since the plates 46, 47 are held elastically turned and energized by spring plates 48, 49, the angles of inclination fluctuate according to the fluctuations in the atm. of the sludge even if said amt. fluctuates; therefore, the sludge is throughly dammed up and is prevented from overflowing.

摘要： 본 발명은 유수 분리 장치에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 기름성분과 고형분순물이 포함된 유수 혼합물의 흐름을 간헐적으로 정체시킴으로써 수분이 친수성 필터를 충분히 통과될 수 있는 적절한 시간이 확보되면서도 친수성 필터의 막힘 현상을 최소화시킬 수 있는 유수 분리 장치에 관한 것이다.
본 발명에 따른 유수 분리 장치는, 기름 성분이 혼합된 유수 혼합물에서 기름성분과 물을 분리하여 배출하기 위한 유수 분리 장치에 있어서, 적어도 2개 이상의 여과부가 순차적으로 배치되고, 각 여과부에는 친수발유성 또는 친유성을 갖는 필터가 구비되며, 이웃하는 여과부 사이는 유수 혼합물이 일측 여과부에서 타측 여과부로 흐르기 위한 통로가 구비되며, 최초에 배치된 여과부에는 그 내부로 유수 혼합물이 유입되도록 유입부가 연결되고, 최후에 배치된 여과부에는 필터에 걸러진 수분 또는 유분이 배출되는 배출부가 연결된 여과수단과, 이웃하는 여과부 사이를 연결하는 통로를 간헐적으로 개폐하는 개폐수단이 구비된 것을 특징으로 한다.

摘要： PURPOSE:To improve scraping capacity of a scraper in a belt press type dehydrator provided with a scraper by reciprocating the scraper and removing impurities in the dehydrated cakes adhered to the edge. CONSTITUTION:Dehydrated cakes adhered to the lower belt 2 of a belt press type dehydrator are scraped off by a scraper 24'. However, fibrous inpurities 29 are get twisted round the edge 27 of the scraper 24'. When the scraper 24' is moved in the direction of rotation of the belt 2 at a speed faster than moving speed of the belt 2, the impurities 29 are separated from the edge 27' with the movement. When the scraper 24' is moved opposite to the direction of advance of the belt 2, the impurities 29 rubbed on the belt 2 are picked up with other adhered residual cakes by the edge 17' and discharged.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel supply and a fuel cell system with an ion filter and an ion sensor.
SOLUTION: In the fuel cell 10, a fuel cell filter 270 arranged at an upstream of a membrane electrode assembly 16 is manufactured from perfluoro sulfonic acid polymer, and includes at least one kind of catalyst in a crushed state. A material of the filter is substantially the same as a polymer exchange film of the membrane electrode assembly 16 of the fuel cell. The ion sensor 272 measures the ions in the fuel by measuring a voltage across a cross section of fuel or a current through the same section. An amount of the metal ions of the fuel going out from the filter is made smaller than that going into the filter when the fuel flows through the filter.
