      SOLUTION: The lining method for the existing pipe 10 comprises using an anchor 56 for mounting strips 12 on the inner face of the existing pipe 10, connecting the strips 12 in their longitudinal directions thereto with connection members, arranging flexible joiners 16 at the corners of the existing pipe 10, and joining the strips in their cross directions thereto with joiners 14 and the flexible joiners 16. Finally, the inner face of the existing pipe 10 is covered with the strips 12 and a filler 58 is filled between the inner face of the existing pipe 10 and the strip 12. Flexible deformation portions 46 of the flexible joiners 16 are expanded to adjust spaces between the strips 12 neighboring each other in the cross directions so that the flexible joiners 16 can be arranged at the corners of the existing pipe 10. Thus, the flexible deformation portions 46 are bent corresponding to the corners of the existing pipe 10 to restrict a reduction in the cross section of the existing pipe 10 when regenerated, preventing the capacity degradation of waste water flowing down in the existing pipe 10.

      SOLUTION: The lining apparatus 10 has a guide frame 36 arranged along the cross section of the existing pipe 12, and a conveyance unit 48 and an engagement unit 50 are fitted movably to the guide frame 36. The conveyance unit 48, while moving on the guide frame 36, holds a strip 14 by two feed rollers 88, forcively delivers the strip 14, and pushes the strip 14 at a prescribed acute angle against the inner surface of the existing pipe 12. The engagement unit 50, while moving on the guide frame 36, holds a joiner 24 against the strip 14 pushed by a joining roller 102 to engage the joiner 24. Since the strip 14 is pushed and stuck against the inner surface of the existing pipe 12 by the conveyance unit 48 and the engagement unit 50, the cross-sectional reduction percentage by the lining is held to be small so that the strip can be pipe-made independent of the cross-sectional shape of the existing pipe 12.

      SOLUTION: The lining method of a pipe inside surface comprises the steps of: carrying in and installing a thermoplastic resin-made pipe or a thermosetting resin-made hose in a construction field in the condition that it is made in the flat shape and rolled around a drum; drawing the flat pipe or the flat hose from the roll in the condition that it is rolled by a traction rope and inserts it into a pipe in the condition that it is expanded radially along the pipe from the flat object and is made approximately cylindrlical by the pressurization from inside at the front of the entrance of the pipe; making the pipe or hose inserted into the pipe stick to the pipe inside surface under pressurization from inside; and solidifying or stiffening the pipe or hose stuck to the pipe inside surface by the pressurization.
