摘要： The invention provides a method and a device for heating an electronic component and an electronic apparatus using the method/device. A heater is disposed at the electronic component. The heating method includes following steps: driving the heater according to a duty ratio by using electrical energy of a power module. If the output voltage of the power module is greater than a first threshold, set the duty ratio as a first ratio. If the output voltage of the power module is less than a second threshold, set the duty ratio as a second ratio. If the output voltage of the power module is between the first threshold and the second threshold, adjust the duty ratio so that the difference between the output voltage of the power module and the second threshold is positively proportional to the duty ratio.

摘要： A method for preheating an electronic system when booting in an environment with low temperature and an apparatus using the same are provided. The electronic system includes at least a processor, at least a first controller, and at least a second controller. The method includes: the first controller checking whether the initialization of the second controller is successful or not after the electronic system boots, wherein the first controller include a basic input/output system; entering a preheating mode when the initialization of second controller has failed, wherein in the preheating mode, the processor is powered continuously and a turbo function is enabled, so as to provide a heat energy for heating the electronic system; and stopping the preheating mode and rebooting the electronic system.

摘要： An integrated high-speed probe system is provided. The integrated high-speed probe system includes a circuit substrate for transmitting low-frequency testing signals from a tester through a first probe of the probe assembly to a DUT, and a high-speed substrate for transmitting high-frequency testing signals from the tester to the DUT. The high-speed substrate extends from the upper surface of the circuit substrate in the testing area to the lower surface of the circuit substrate in the probe area for being adjacent to the probe assembly and electrically connecting the second probe. In this way, the tester can transmit testing signals of different frequencies through the integrated high-speed probe system.

The method provides a multistage function curve associates temperatures with rotation speed values. The multistage function curve comprises a first steady-state function segment with slope of zero, a second steady-state function segment with slope of zero and N function segments positioned between the first and second steady-state function segments. N is a positive integer. The slope of a (i+1)th function segment is greater than that of an ith function segment, and i is a positive integer in the range from 1 to N. The electronic device comprising the circuit may use the temperature of the processor based on the multistage function curve to dynamically control the rotation speed.
