    • A method and device for intrusion detection are provided. The method comprises: allocating one or more detection units for each type of network attack event to detect and configuring the type of object to detect of this type of network attack event, a detection operator and a detection knowledge base; in intrusion detection, acquiring network data packets in real time and acquiring the objects to detect included therein; then corresponding detection units performing intrusion detection according to the detection operators and detection knowledge bases configured, so as to generate network attack alarm events. The intrusion detection device comprises sequentially connected data pre-processing unit, data distribution unit and detection grid including one or more detection units, and a configuration management unit connected with them. The present invention supports accurate detection of various complex network attack events and considers the execution efficiency of the entire intrusion detection device.

    • A symmetric van der Pauw disk of homogeneous nonmagnetic semiconductor material, such as indium antimonide, with an embedded concentric conducting material inhomogeneity, such as gold, exhits room temperature geometric extraordinary magnetoresistance (EMR) as high as 100%, 9,100% and 750,000% at magnetic fields of 0.05, 0.25 and 4.0 Tesla, respectively. Moreover, for inhomogeneities of sufficiently large cross section relative to that of the surrounding semiconductor material, the resistance of the disk is field-independent up to an onset field above which the resistance increases rapidly. These results can be understood in terms of the field-dependent deflection of current around the inhomogeneity. The EMR exhibited by a composite van der Pauw sensor comprising a semiconductor having an embedded metallic inhomogeneity or internal shunt can be obtained from electrically equivalent externally shunted structures, such as rectangular plates including an external conductive shunt element which is simple to manufacture in the mesoscopic sizes required for important magnetic sensor applications. For example, a bilinear conformal mapping is used to transform a circular composite van der Pauw disk sensor having an embedded conducting inhomogeneity into a corresponding externally shunted rectangular plate structure. The result is an EMR sensor that can be realized in very simple structures which facilitate fabrication in mesoscopic dimensions important for many magnetic sensor applications.

    • Disclosed is a use of the CUEDC2 protein in the preparation of diagnostic agents for prognostic determination of the endocrinology therapy for the breast cancer patients and for the diagnosis of tumor such as breast cancer and ovarian cancer. The diagnostic agent comprises an antibody against the CUEDC2 protein, wherein the antibody is a monoclonal or polyclonal antibody against the CUEDC2 protein. Provided is a kit or a composition for prognostic determination of endocrinology therapy for the breast cancer patients and for the diagnosis of tumors such as breast cancer and ovarian cancer. The kit or composition comprises an antibody against the CUEDC2 protein. Further disclosed is a use of the CUEDC2 gene or protein in preparation of drugs for treating tumors, that is, small molecular substances and specific antibodies that specifically inhibit the expression or activity of the CUEDC2 gene\protein are used as a therapeutic agent to restore the sensitivity of drug-resistant tumors to drug treatment. The new use of the CUEDC2 protein provides a new basis for determining a dosage regimen of adjuvant therapy after surgical operation of the breast cancer patients, thereby improving the therapeutic effect of the anti-cancer drugs and alleviating the suffering and economic burden of the patients.
