    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent sudden building-up of flame even when the power of combustion is instantaneously changed to strong combustion from a minimum flow rate with respect to a control method of a gas cooker, in particular, its combustion flow rate. SOLUTION: This gas cooker comprises a heating means 1 for heating a pan, a heating control means 24 for controlling the heating means 1, and a temperature detecting means 2 for detecting a temperature of the pan. The heating control means 24 comprises a control circuit 26, an electric driving device 18 for automatically adjusting heating power based on the output from the control circuit 26, a heating power adjusting button 13 for manually adjusting heating power, and a flow rate adjusting device 17 driven by the electric driving device 18 or the heating power adjusting button 13 to adjust heating power. When the heating power is adjusted by the flow rate adjusting device 17, whether the heating power adjusting direction is upward or not is judged, and a power power adjusting speed is determined based on a result of the judgement, so that the heating power is moderately changed when it is judged that the heating power adjusting direction is upward, in comparison with a case where the heating power adjusting direction is not upward.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To constitute a burner capable of maintaining an excellent combustion state while unnecessitating a construction of a combustion air port on a built-in gas stand, when supplying air for combustion of a cooking stove burner of a built-in type gas cooking device. SOLUTION: This utensil is provided with an air supply port on a part of a top plate 1 to cover the whole of an upper surface of an instrument box body 6 to supply fresh air to the vicinity of a nozzle 10 on a lower surface side of the top plate 1 and a burner port of the cooking stove burner. The device is provided with a dip pan 3 having an inner diameter adjacent up to an outer periphery of a burner head 9 or a burner ring to cover a void between an inner periphery of the dip pan 3 and an outer periphery of the burner head 9. As a result, an air port of the gas stand becomes unnecessary, operability becomes excellent without cleaning within the gas stand because stock, etc. in cooling by the cooking stove burner does not boil over to the outside of the instrument, even if the stock boils over and drops to the inside of the instrument since an air port is not provided on a bottom surface part of the instrument box body 6, and the excellent combustion state can be continued, in this gas cooking device.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a gas cock and a top plate from being abnormarily overheated upon abnormal combustion of a gas stove.
      SOLUTION: There are provided a burner composed of a burner body 5 and a burner cap 7, a thermocouple B19 for generating electromotive force with a combustion flame from the burner, a safety valve 3 for opening a gas passage to the burner with the electromotive force of the thermocouple B, and a thermocouple A18 connected in series with the thermocouple B in an opposite polarity for cancelling the electromotive force of the thermocouple B with electromotive force thereof, the thermocouple A being disposed at an air adjusting device 6 of the foregoing burner. The thermocouple A is heated with a back fire of the burner or a reverse flow of the same and hence is raised in its temperature to generate negative voltage for offsetting positive voltage of the thermocouple B, so that voltage applied to the safety valve 3 is lowered, and hence the valve attracted with electromagnetic force is released to interrupt the gas passage with the safety valve 3.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attempt to rationalize an electronic circuit and reduce the cost by covering the leads of a positive temperature coefficient thermistor for sensing the temperature of a pan with an insulator, wiring the one ends to an implement body and automatically fire extinguishing when the temperature of temperature sensing means arrives at a predetermined value, thereby maintaining the conventional performance by using the thermistor. SOLUTION: When an igniting and fire extinguishing button is pressed, a cock switch 14 is closed, a spark discharge occurs from an ignition plug 18 via an igniter 20, and power is supplied to a battery safety valve 16. Simultaneously, a manual valve 15 is opened, further the button is pressed to intrude the valve 16 to be electrically held. Gas is supplied to a burner 1 via a nozzle 17 in this state, ignited to heat a thermocouple 19, the thermoelectromotive force of the thermocouple 19 is discriminated by a thermoelectromotive force discriminator 20 to continue the combustion. A temperature sensor 2 does not output a signal for shutting off the combustion unless it does not become an abnormal temperature. The fire extinguishing is conducted by pressing again the button so that the switch 14 is opened to shut off the gas, thereby stopping the combustion.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a high reliability igniter without casing false electric discharge and without lowering the cost and assembling property by pressing a high tension cable at a lower position than a high tension cable connection part with a downward wall of a tip end of a waterproofing wall. SOLUTION: A waterproofing wall 1d is provided on the upper portion of a high tension cable connection part 6c, and on the tip end of which a downward wall 1f is formed where an end surface A1e is located at a position lower than an output pin. With this construction a high tension cable 6a is pressed downward at its end surface A1e into a U-shaped trap 6b. Accordingly, boiling over soup transmitted along the high tension cable 6a is dropped down at time trap 6b, and it is hindered from entering the high tension connection part 6c. Since an upward wall 1g is formed on the tip end of the waterproofing wall 1d, where an end surface B1h thereof is located at a position above the upper surface of the waterproofing wall 1d, boiling over soup flows to the right and left side surfaces of an igniter body and is prevented from reaching the high tension cable connection part 6c.
