    • PURPOSE:To discharge hot-water of stable temperature and obtain the hot-water immediately when a hot-water supplying cock is opened by a method wherein a pump for heating circulation is used commonly for forced circulation for returning the hot-water while a pipeline for returning the hot-water is connected to the inlet side of the pump. CONSTITUTION:The pipeline 6 for returning hot-water from hot-water supplying system is connected to the inlet side of the pump 3. The returning pipeline 6 is provided with a solenoid valve 7 for water and a non-return valve 8 while an electric instrument circuit is constituted so that the solenoid valve 7 and the pump 3 are operated by the operation of a timer with a constant interval. On the other hand, a hot-water sensing system consists of a hot-water supplying pipeline 5 and a hot-water temperature sensing thermistor 9 and the feedback of variation of temperature to the solenoid valve 7 for water and the pump 3 is effected by the electric instrument circuit. According to this method, the hot-water may be obtained immediately after the hot-water supplying cock is opened inexpensively by employing commonly the pump for water heating and the hot-water of stable temperature may be obtained without deteriorating the hot-water temperature distribution in the hot-water reserving tank.

When the atmospheric temperature is low, the temperatures of respective sections are reduced, and when the atmospheric temperature has become lower than 0 deg.C, the freezing thermos in the equipment are operated and the freeze preventing heater is operated. The boiler is fully filled with water and when the temperature of the water introducing section has become lower than 5 deg.C during stopping for a long period of time or the like, the freezing thermo for the heat exchanger is operated and the pump is operated automatically.

CONSTITUTION:The combustion cylinder having a burner 5 at one end and closed by a cover 7 at the other end is passed crosswise through the intermediate section of the tank so that the combustion cylinder forms itself a primary heat exchanger 4. In this case, the end of the combustion cylinder covered by the cover 7 is inclined downward with respect to the opposite end attached with the burner. Further, a secondary heat exchanger 4' is passed crosswise through the lower part of the tank 1 and is made to communicate with the primary heat exchanger 4 through an exhaust pipe 6. By the way, numeral 9 designates an exhaust port and numeral 10 designates an exhaust cylinder.

    • PURPOSE:To improve the thermal efficiency and decrease the radiation loss by a method wherein heat exchanging pipes are arranged at the lower part of a tank and yet baffle plates are installed within the pipes. CONSTITUTION:The heat exchanging pipe 4 is horizontally piercing the tank 1 at its lower part, at further lower part of which the other heat exchanging pipe 4' with the diameter smaller than that of the pipe 4 is also fixed. The baffle plates with a plurality of stages 8 and 8' are respectively provided within the pipes 4 and 4'. When a burner 5 is fired, the combustion gas flows through the heat exchanging pipes 4 and 4', and exhaust port 6 and exhaust covers 9 and 10 to an exhaust tube 10'. At that time, because the whole peripheral regions of the heat exchanging pipes 4 and 4' contact with the water in the tank 1 and as well as the interposition of the baffle plates 8 and 8' increases the contact area with the water, the heat exchange between the gas and the water is accomplished effectively. Consequently the heat exchanging efficiency can be improved and the radiation loss can be decreased because of the heat exchanging pipes 4 and 4' being arranged horizontally.

Since there are multiple heating circuits, a complete shut down of the operation can be avoided at the time of a heating circuit failure.
