    • A fire alarm apparatus is provided to prevent out of a battery by generating an alarm signal according to an output voltage of the battery. A fire alarm unit is operated by using a battery(18). A detection unit detects an output voltage of the battery and outputs voltage detection information. A control unit(20) controls an alarm operation and a light display operation on the basis of the voltage detection information of the detection unit. An operational unit operates the control unit in order to input an alarm stop signal. The control unit controls the alarm operation and the light display operation when the detection unit detects an abnormal state of the fire detector. The control unit stops the control of the alarm operation and performs continuously the control of the light display operation according to the alarm stop signal of the operational unit.

    • A fire alarm apparatus is provided to stop an alarm signal by using an operational unit after checking an abnormal state in an automatic test. A detection unit performs an automatic test for a fire detector(14) and outputs test result information. A control unit(20) controls an alarm operation and a light display operation on the basis of the test result information of the detection unit. An operational unit inputs an alarm stop signal into the control unit. The control unit controls the alarm operation and the light display operation when the detection unit detects an abnormal state of the fire detector. The control unit stops the control of the alarm operation and performs continuously the control of the light display operation according to the alarm stop signal of the operational unit.

      SOLUTION: A fire alarm includes a fire alarm means driven by a battery 18; a voltage detection unit 21 which detects an output voltage from the battery 18 to output a voltage detection signal S21; a CPU 24 which controls a fire alarm sound and display light emission on the basis of the signal S21; and an alarm stop button 19 to be operated so as to make the CPU 24 perform a sound stop input. When detecting the output voltage from the battery 18 is equal to or lower than a prescribed voltage on the basis of voltage detection information, the CPU 24 starts to control the alarm sound and the display light emission, and when the input is performed from the button 19 after starting the control of the alarm sound and the light emission, the CPU 24 stops to control the alarm sound, and continues to control the light emission.
