摘要： PURPOSE: To prevent the contamination of an interface by a sprayed material by providing the sprayer device with the rotatable member and providing the rotatable member with a detergent nozzle. CONSTITUTION: The detergent nozzle 28 is fixed to a support casing 12 and is directed to a surface 16 in such a manner that an incident angle a1 increases. When a detergent is injected at a sufficiently high velocity in the state of at about 20 deg. of the incident angle, the nozzle 28 exists in immediate proximity to the rear of the surface of a projecting surface shape and the detergent moves forward along the external surface 16. Part of the detergent stains on the surface 16. Then, the S1 part of the surface 16 is directly washed by the washing liquid from the nozzle 28. As a result, the device may be made inexpensive.

摘要： PURPOSE: To extremely rapidly pack a coating material into all automous storage tanks by making it possible to rapidly move the coating material in the second storage tank to the first storage tank by a piston via a tubular member forming a temporary insulating device. CONSTITUTION: This installation is provided with at least one electrostatic applicator 11 which is connected to a variable or disconnectable high-tension voltage source 12, the first storage tank 20 which is connected to the applicator 11 so as to supply the coating material thereto and to which the high-tension voltage is impressed and a means which is separated from the tank 20 by at least one tubular member 28 forming the temporary insulating device and packs the coating material into the tank 20 including electrically grounded parts. The packing means consists of the grounded second storage tank 30 and the piston 50 for rapidly moving the coating material of the tank 20 via the tubular member 28. Consequently, the extremely rapid packing of all the autonomous storage tanks is made possible and all of distributing, cleaning and insulating circuits may be simplified.

The valve members 20, 28 are provided with mutually contacting front surfaces, and they are movable by being interlocked with each other while being maintained so as to enable fluid to pass. As a result, invasion of air to the circuit is stopped, and two elements of the device can be avoided from pollution.

CONSTITUTION: This device includes an elongated and insulated case for housing a mobile assembly 18 which is mobile along the axis in this case 12, a freely extensible pipe portion of a pipe section 13 connected between the mobile assembly and the first terminal 12a of the case and a connecting mechanism arranged to directly face in the axial direction of the mobile assembly near the second terminal 12b of the case on the inner side of the latter. The device is so constituted that the extreme limit position of the mobile assembly at the first terminal is a distance previously determined from the connecting mechanism. Then, since all the mobile portions with sealing devices exist in a gliding state, the portions contaminated by produced matter are automatically wiped. All connecting members exist on the inner side of the case forming the main body of operating elements, thereby preventing the internal and external contamination and facilitating the exchange as a unit.

摘要： PURPOSE: To rapidly achieve electrical insulation by providing an electrical insulation device with a piston which is movable in an insulative conduit section and scraps and washes the inside surface and a means for displacing this piston. CONSTITUTION: When a cycle starts, one valve corresponding to the selected coating material among respective valves 66 opens and the target coating material flows via hoses 74, a valve 76 and a shut-off valve 40 to the insulative conduit section 12. The coating material accumulates in an intermediate storage tank 64 during the closing of the valve 78. During this step, the voltage of a power source 62 is lowered down to 0. While the intermediate storage tank 64 is filled, a pressure reducing valve 80 is regulated to the position where the pressure of the coating material can discharge the air included in the intermediate storage tank via an orifice for venting the same. When the prescribed amt. of the coating material passes a flow meter 72, the respective valves 66 and 76 close and the valve 82 opens to activate an actuator 16. The shut off valve 40 closes and the scraping piston operates.
