    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an acrylate based thermally crosslinked polymer (especially pressure-sensitive adhesive) for an especially strong adhesion double-sided pressure-sensitive tape. SOLUTION: In the double-sided adhesive tape including a viscoelastic first polymer layer, a second polymer layer on the upper surface of the viscoelastic first polymer layer and a third polymer layer on the lower surface, the viscoelastic first polymer layer is based on a polymer obtained by polymerizing a monomer composition of 65-97 wt.% ethyl hexyl acrylate and/or butyl acrylate, 0-30 wt.% methyl acrylate and 3-15 wt.% acrylic acid and a viscoelastic intermediate layer is crosslinked, and the second polymer layer is based on a polymer obtained by polymerizing a monomer composition of 85-95 wt.% ethyl hexyl acrylate and/or butyl acrylate, 5-15 wt.% acrylic acid, and the second polymer layer is crosslinked without an accelerator while adding at least one epoxy cyclohexyl derivative.
