SOLUTION: A microphone holder 10 comprises a main body 13 comprising an opening 12 in which a microphone 11 can be inserted, on one end side, and a connecting terminal 15 which is supported by the main body 13 for conduction between the microphone 11 and a predetermined external member. The main body 13 comprises a peripheral wall 20 and a bottom wall 21 which is communicated to the peripheral wall 20 to constitute a sound release preventive part, and an undercut part 24 is provided on the upper end side of the peripheral wall 20. An inner end 29 of the connecting terminal 15 is ordinarily provided in an attitude away from the inner surface of the main body 13. The microphone 11 is inserted into the main body 13, so that the microphone 11 can be electrically conducted to the connecting terminal 15.

Inserting the microphone to the main body 13 allows the microphone to be clamped between and held by the under cut part 24 and the inside end 29.
