摘要： A process for producing a tire according to a strip build technique by the use of an injection molding machine, in which strip rubber injection can be performed in the state of being uniform in the blending degree and plasticity level of rubber material. There is provided a process for producing a tire by the use of injection molding machine (A) equipped with material feeding aperture (8) for charging of rubber material, screw (1) for driving forward in the axial direction of the charged rubber material while blending the same, material charging compartment (4) disposed on the distal end side of the screw (1) and material passage (C) for feeding of the rubber material from the distal end side of the screw (1) to the material charging compartment (4). The process comprises the steps of feeding the rubber material from the material feeding aperture (8), driving the rubber material forward while blending the same by means of the screw (1) and through the material passage (C), charging the material charging compartment (4) with the rubber material; causing the screw (1) and material feeding aperture (8) to retreat; advancing the screw (1) and carrying out injection of strip rubber from the material charging compartment (4); and winding the strip rubber (S) while rotating forming drum (B) to thereby make tire configuration.

In the second step, taper portions 36B at both end portions in a transverse direction of the rubber strip 36 are overlapped with one another, and a plurality of the segmented rubber strips 36 is connected to each other in the transverse direction, whereby a rubber sheet 38, the end portions of which are tapered and which has a large area, can be formed. Further, the rubber sheet 38 that can accommodate various sizes can be obtained by changing the length of the segmented rubber strip 36 and the number of connections thereof.

摘要： During building of a tyre, at least one component of elastomeric material is manufactured through application of an elongated element in the form of coils disposed side by side and/or superposed onto a forming support driven in rotation and transversely moved in front of an applicator device. The elongated element is formed by feeding a continuous thread element coming from an extruder between two shaping rollers. During formation, a detector operating close to the shaping rollers cyclically detects the width of the elongated element and the cross-section area of the continuous thread element to monitor the volumetric flow rate of the continuous thread element close to the shaping rollers. The feeding speed of the continuous thread element toward the shaping rollers is adjusted through feedback on the extruder or on a driving device operating downstream of the extruder itself, to keep the volumetric flow rate value within a predetermined range.
