    • A serial communication transformation method for a PLC(Programmable Logic Controller) and a transformation system thereof are provided to enable a user to selectively assign the communication methods of RS-232C and RS-485(422) with a simple operation by mounting a converter circuit into a PLC communication device, thereby improving user's convenience and reducing cost. A serial communication transformation method for a PLC comprises the following steps of: initializing a communication device(S20); assigning a method for an external interface by recognizing mode setting information(S30); reading a setting value by an external mode setting switch or a switch value set by a program in a main CPU and ordering the enable of disable of an internal circuit(S40); and allocating a port by selectively driving one of a RS-422 circuit and a RS-232C circuit according to the order and driving the transceiving unit of the selected circuit(S50,S60); and storing a parameter value in a memory and continuously performing communication until power is off again(S70).

    • 본발명은적외선램프(Infrared Lamp)를열원으로사용하는열융착장치에관한것으로, 보다상세하게는가열접합을위한가열부를포함하는열융착지그, 가열부에전류를공급하는램프콘트롤러, 열융합장치를제어하는 PLC를포함하는열융착장치에있어서, 가열부는하나이상의적외선램프를포함하고, 램프콘트롤러는 PLC와연결되고 PLC로부터통신방식으로제어명령을수신하는통신부; 통신부와연결되어수신된 PLC로부터의제어명령에따라하나이상의 PWM 신호를전류제어부로출력하는 MCU; 수신된하나이상의 PWM 신호각각에대응되는전류를하나이상의적외선램프로공급하는전류제어부; 및공급되는각각의전류를측정하는전류측정부를포함하며, 전류측정부는측정된전류량을 MCU로송신하고, MCU는수신된전류량과 PWM 신호에따라공급될것으로예상되는전류량을비교하여차이값이설정치이상일경우에러신호를외부로출력하는것을특징으로하는열융착장치에관한것이다. 본발명에따르면, 전류측정을위해외부에별도의장치를설치할필요가없고, 전류량측정으로램프및 제어회로의이상유무를별도의외부장치없이판단하여할 수있다. 또한, 통신방식을이용하여배선개수와 PLC의 PWM 출력단자의개수가획기적으로줄어들어서이에따른비용절감및 생산성향상의효과를가진다.
