In addition, onto the security pattern layer 14 and the whole front surface of the base material, a silver ink hiding layer 16, a pattern and character printed layer 18 and a surface protective layer 19 are applied in the order named. The bonding layer is made of a medium, which is non-swelling and non-brittle to the base material. The above predetermined region is one excluding the portions having the width W of 2 to 4 mm of the left and right sides and the lower side of the base material 10 in the heat-resistant card 1.

    • PURPOSE:To make a floating bag not only satisfactorily flexible but also heat proof and of a high level strength to bear the inner and outer pressure, by composing the floating bag expanded with a high temperature gas with an inside bag of heatproof material and an outside bag of extremely strong material. CONSTITUTION:When a powder 1 is ignited, a burned high temperature gas flows from an expansion chamber 2b into a floating bag 3 through a flowing hole 2c. Consequently, the floating bag 3 is expanded, casing doors 5a to 5d to be dropped down to expand the bag further, and the submerged body is surfaced. While expanding, the high temperature gas contacts the inner bag 3c without giving a burning damage, because of its heatproof material. Although the outer bag 3b is heated by the heat penetrating through the inner bag 3c, the temperature will not rise too much because of the heat resistance of the interface between the both bags and the water contacting to the outer bag. Therefore, with a less heatproof performance, the strong material of the outer bag satisfys the required overall strength of the floating bag. Thus, by using materials to respond to the respective requirements, flexibility, heatresistance, and strength can be satisfied.

    • PURPOSE:To enable the floatation starting depth to be set in a wide range without employing large-in-diameter relief valves by providing an excessive inner pressure preventing closure mechanism for releasing to the external water the excessive inner pressure above the capacity of relief valves which discharge gas in buoyancy bags to the external water. CONSTITUTION:An excessive inner pressure preventing closure mechanism comprises passages 7b communicating between a gas generating chamber 2b and the external water and plugs 7a for closing the passages 7b. The plugs 7a are so designed as to fall out of the passages 7b when the inner pressure in the gas generating chamber grows above a predetermined value. In order to float a submarine article, charge 1 is ignited and the combustion gas of the charge 1 flows out of the chamber 2b through check-valves 6 into buoyancy bags 3. As the result, the buoyancy bags 3 are expanded to float the submarine article. When the gas pressure in the buoyancy bags 3 rises above a predetermined value, the plugs 7a fall off to directly discharge gas in the chamber 2b through the passages 7b into the water. The differential pressure between the inside and outside of the buoyancy bags 3 can be maintained within a predetermined range by relieves 3b.

    • PURPOSE:To simplify a mechanism for transferring short side molds and to reduce the cost of an installation by providing respectively rail change-over mechanisms which change over and transfer the molds between the adjacent ends of advancing and retreating guide rails. The change-over driving mechanism detects the stop and mounting of the mold 5 and oscillates and swivels the change-over rail 21b to the left around a fulcrum shaft 22, changes over the same to the end 17b side of the retreating guide rail 17 so as to connects the same thereto and stops. The mold 5 travels by itself to retreat toward the rail 17 and is transferred thereon. The rail 21b is thereafter oscillated and swiveled backward so as to be connected to the end 16b of the advancing guide rail 16 and is topped to attain the posture to be ready to be mounted with the mold 5.
