摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain the safety, cleanliness, durability and easy cleanability of a gas burner by a structure wherein a discharge electrode and a thermocouple are provided at the lower portion of a burner main body and at the same time a top body, through which a mixer tube, the thermocouple and the discharge electrode fitted, is provided above a broth receiving tray. CONSTITUTION:Gas, which is sent from a nozzle 1 through a mixer tube 2 to a flame port part formed by a burner head 3 and a flame port cap 4, is ignited by discharging discharge sparks at a flame port slit 5 with a discharge electrode so as to shift the resultant flame to a flame port slit 6, which is open at the position facing to a thermocouple 10 on the burner head 3 in order to heat only the tip of the thermocouple. The heating of the tip of the thermocouple causes to generate thermoelectromotive force, which holds a gas passage. The broth, which spills over the periphery of the burner flame port cap 4 during cooking, is caught by a top 11, through which the mixer tube 2, the discharge electrode 9 and the thermocouple 10 are fitted. A upright brim is provided along the whole periphery of each of said fittingly piercing parts of the top 11 so as to prevent broth from dripping in the gas between the mixer tube and a broth table 12 by covering the edge bent part of the brim with the broth table 12 in order to effectively act the gas as the inflow passage of the secondary air necessary for combustion.

摘要： PURPOSE:To enable a sure ignition for a grill burner even during combustion by an oven burner and at the same time prevent a nozzle for ignition from getting clogged with cooking oil, by mounting an ignitor at a part for mounting an ignition of a guide of an ignitor so that its burner port turns upward, providing a gas passage on a part where the ignitor is mounted. CONSTITUTION:During the combustion by an oven burner, combustion flue gases from a heating chamber 16 flow through an ignition flame introducing fitting 12 in a direction opposite to that of an ignition flame and are discharged through a hole 13a for igniting a grill burner on a back wall 13 of a heating chamber and a hole 14a for igniting a grill burner on a guide 14 of an ignitor. The flue gases are guided by a flue gas guide of small type 14d near the outlet thereof to be deflected to the right seen from the outside of the back wall 13 of the heating chamber and also deflected abruptly upward by the rising gas flow passing through a gas hole 14c, most of said flue gases thus flowing in a direction of arrow. Even during the combustion by the oven burner, ignition flame passes relatively easily through the ignition flame introducing fitting, where very little flue gases flowing directly against the ignitor 15, while ignition for a grill burner 11 is surely performed, so that a nozzle 15b for ignition will not get clogged.
