A metal plate 33 which has a lower corrosion potential than the material of the heat exchanger 22 is placed on a drain pan 30 where drain water (dew condensation water) 50 produced when the heat exchanger 22 operates as the evaporator is stored to prevent metal corrosion of the heat exchanger 22 itself through sacrificial corrosion operation of the metal plate 33 having the low corrosion potential and local battery operation even when the heat exchanger 22 is immersed.
