摘要：この摩擦撹拌接合装置では、架構(1)上に、ワーク固定定盤(3a,3b)を設置する。また、架構(1)に、隙間(4)からプローブ(5a)を上方に突出させるボビンツール(5)と、ボビンツール(5)を上端部に取り付ける主軸(6)と、主軸(6)を回動させる主軸駆動装置(7)とを備える接合装置本体(8)を、接合装置本体(8)の両側に設けたリニアガイド機構(9)を介して隙間(4)の長手方向に移動自在に設ける。更に、接合装置本体(8)を隙間(4)の長手方向に移動させる移動装置(10)を設ける。この摩擦撹拌接合装置によれば、接合装置本体(8)を、両側のリニアガイド機構(9)を介して架構(1)に支持させているので、大きな接合反力を十分に受けることができる。又、ワーク(2a,2b)を下方から接合するので、ワークサイズが装置の大きさに制限されない。

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ink a plate with printing ink from which aggregates are eliminated. SOLUTION: An ink scraping-cum-filling blade 12 and an ink scraping-cum-return blade 11 are provided on the upper side of a travel position of a plate table 4 traveling on a guide rail 2 so that both blades can be driven to be moved up and down independently from a position separated from the surface of the plate 3 held on the plate table 4 into an abutting position by individual lifting actuators 15, 14. Further, a controller for controlling the movement of the plate table 4 and lifting of the respective blades 12, 11 is provided to form an inking apparatus I with an aggregate-breaking function. The blades 12, 11 are relatively slid alternately in contact with the plate 3 while reciprocating the plate table 4 holding the plate 3. Consequently, after performing sufficient aggregate-breaking treatment of paste 17 used as the printing ink supplied onto the plate 3, the plate is filled with the printing ink subjected to aggregate-breaking treatment, by the ink scraping-cum-filling blade 12. 摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printing device that highly-accurately executes precision printing such a printing to form an electrode pattern of a liquid-crystal display on a required substrate by printing. SOLUTION: One set of two linear guide blocks 14 arranged in an X-axis direction is provided at the longitudinal intermediate part of a trestle 13. A moving table 15 includes a plate stage 17 and a printing-target stage 18. A linear guide rail 16 in the X-axis direction is mounted on the bottom face of the moving table. The linear guide rail in the X-axis direction is freely slidably mounted to the linear guide blocks 14 on the trestle 13. A transfer mechanism 19 including a blanket roll 10 is provided above the longitudinal intermediate part of the trestle 13. When executing print processing by bringing the blanket roll 10 into contact with a plate 11 on the plate stage 17 and a printing target 12 on the printing-target stage 18, respectively moved by traveling of the moving table 15, at required printing pressure, the relative position of a part where a load of the printing pressure acts on the moving table 15 and a load support point by each linear guide block 14 is maintained at a fixed level, thereby preventing changes both in deflection amount of the moving table 15 and in distortion amount of the linear guide blocks 14 to suppress displacement of the printing position.
