    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stop the operation of a hydraulic actuator by relieving a hydraulic oil by a suitable relief pressure when the operation of a work means is forcibly stopped during the operation of the work means to be driven by the hydraulic actuator. SOLUTION: An electromagnetic proportional relief valve R capable of changing relief pressure of hydraulic oil is provided in a supply oil passage L for connecting a hydraulic pump P to respective control valves 31 to 34. The relief pressure of the relief valve R is set to oil pressure higher than a hydraulic oil pressure by a specified pressure by a relief valve controller 27 on the basis of the hydraulic oil pressure stored in an hydraulic oil pressure storing unit 26. Moreover, the hydraulic oil pressure required to drive a hydraulic actuator such as a hydraulic expansion cylinder according to the operating state such as the derricking angle of the boom, detected by the detecting sensor 20 is stored in the hydraulic oil storing unit 26.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate a clearance between slider devices and respective booms, and reduce looseness by connecting respective oil chambers of respective cylinders of the slider devices positioned in an upper part (a lower part) of a left side surface of an inner boom and a lower part (an upper part of a right side surface to each other in a diagonal line shape by hydraulic pipe lines. SOLUTION: Among slider devices 45 to 48, oil chambers of the slider devices arranged on a diagonal line in an inner boom 42 are connected to each other by hydraulic pipe lines 53 and 54, and when pressing force is applied to a slider 49, a slider 57 is pressed in the outward direction of the inner boom 42 by oil pressure to the slider device 48 of a diagonal position. When the inner boom 42 rotates in the rightward direction by the torsional moment, a slider 49 is pressed against an inside surface of an outer boom 41, and oil in the oil chambers of the slider device 45 is passed through the hydraulic pipe 53 by pressure, and the slider 57 is brought into contact with the inside surface of the outer boom 41, and the slider device 48 of the inner boom 42 is pushed back in the leftward direction, and the torsional moment and inverse directional force are imparted to the inner boom 42, and an increase in a twist can be prevented.

    • PURPOSE:To regulate the operation of a boom only within such a range as no interruption is given to some work to prevent a boom working vehicle from being turned over. CONSTITUTION:This safety device permits work to be continued without regulating the operation of a boom 12 even if a regulating reaction condition, (or a condition where one contact reaction is below the first prescribed value and the other contact reaction is below the second prescribed value which is smaller than the first prescribed value) occurs in two rear jacks J3, J4 when the revolving position of the boom 12 is within a rearward range (a rearer range than a connecting line between jacks J1, J2 mounted in the revolving center of the boom and on the right and left of a vehicle body front). When an excavation device 22 is hung down, the boom 12 is not regulated even if the regulating reaction condition occurs between the jacks. In any other case, the operation of the boom 12 is regulated when the regulating reaction condition occurs, so it is possible to prevent a vehicle body from being turned over.
