    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify confirmation work with an indication device of a vehicle for high lift work. SOLUTION: An indication control system 30 includes the indication device 21 provided in an operation cabin, a navigation circuit 47 providing traveling information necessary for vehicle travel when a vehicle is traveling, a state information providing circuit 49 providing state information of the vehicle necessary when a boom is in a working state, a traveling state judging circuit 39 judging if the vehicle is in a traveling state or not, a working state judging circuit 41 judging if the boom is in a working state or not, and an indication controlling circuit 37 indicating either of traveling information of the navigation circuit 47 or state information of the state information providing circuit 49 on the indication device 21. When the traveling state judging circuit 39 determines that the vehicle is in a traveling state, the indication controlling circuit 37 indicates traveling information on the indication device 21. When the working state judging circuit 41 determines that the boom is in a working state, the indication controlling circuit 37 indicates state information on the indication device 21.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a controlling device for a boom type high lift work vehicle with a simple structure capable of certainly and easily moving a work platform along a horizontal target line to improve workability. SOLUTION: In this controlling device, when a normal mode is selected by a mode selection switch 53, a controller 60 executes control to derrick, expand and contract, and turn a boom 30 according to operation of a boom operation lever 51. When a horizontal vertical movement mode is selected by the mode selection switch 53, a direction of a tip part of the boom 30 can be designated to a direction parallel to front and rear axles of a vehicle body 10 or a direction perpendicular to the front and rear axles of the vehicle body 10 by the boom operation lever 51, and the controller 60 executes control to move the tip part of the boom 30 in a level plane to the designated direction by the boom operation lever 51 from a position at the time point when the horizontal vertical movement mode is selected, on the basis of information about a position of the boom tip part obtained by detection information from detectors 71-73.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic operation device for a high-lift working vehicle wherein an operator can be informed of each operation content precisely in advance during automatic operations such as automatic storage and so forth. SOLUTION: When a command for starting automatic storage of a boom 30 and a working bench 40 by a manual operation of an automatic storage starting switch 53 is received, an execution part 64 of a controller 60 outputs a signal to a valve controlling part 61 in accordance with an automatic storage program memorized in a memory part 63 to control the automatic storage of the boom 30 and the working bench 40. The execution part 64 of the controller 60 detects a completion of operations of the boom 30 and/or the working bench 40 for each step for automatic storage based on an information detected from detectors 72 through 74. Just before commanding a next operation, a voice output signal corresponding to an operation content is commanded to be outputted from a voice outputting signal outputting part 66, and the operation content is outputted vocally through an amplifier 81 and a speaker 82.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely decide the presence or absence of a failure in a rising/falling angle sensor and an inclined angle sensor. SOLUTION: A failure detecting device 40 has a rising/falling angle sensor 41 for detecting a rising/falling angle of an extendable boom, first and second inclined angle sensors 43, 45 for independently detecting an angle formed by a work bench and the extendable boom for an absolute horizon, a rising/falling angle sensor failure decision circuit 61 for deciding that the rising/falling angle sensor 41 is normal if a detected value of the rising/falling angle sensor 41 when the extendable boom is raised and moved in a state that an outrigger jack is extended and the extendable boom is stored is a range of a prescribed value and deciding that the rising/falling angle sensor 41 is defective if the detected value exceeds the prescribed value and an inclined angle sensor failure decision circuit 63 for comparing a first inclined angle value and a second inclined angle value when the circuit 61 decides the normality of the rising/ falling angle sensor 41 and a second inclined angle value of the second inclined angle sensor 45 does not coincide with the detected value of the rising/falling angle sensor 41 and deciding that the second inclined angle sensor 45 is defective when the first inclined angle value and the second inclined angle value do not coincide with each other.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To contrive inexpensive and efficient battery charge by making the best use of a time zone in which power use charge is low. SOLUTION: This battery charging apparatus is constituted of a charger 21 for charging a battery 30 using power from a commercial power source, a charge current switch 24 capable of switching a charge current of this charger 21, a memory 26 storing electrical charge every time zone of the commercial power source, a discharge quantify integrator 23 for obtaining a discharge quantity of the battery 30, and a charge controller 28 causing charging of the battery 30 due to the charger 21 by controlling the actuation of the charge current switch 24. The charge controller 28 calculates a time versus charge current pattern for fully charging the battery 30 at a low charge until the use of the next battery 30 is started, based upon a discharge quantity of the battery detected by the discharge quantity integrator 23 and electrical charge every time zone stored in the memory 26, and perform current switch actuation of the charge current switch 24 so as to cause charging of the battery 30, based upon this time versus charge current pattern.
