    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic photoreceptor which suppresses the rise of the residual potential and is excellent in durability, and to provide a process cartridge and an image forming apparatus using the electrophotographic photoreceptor.
      SOLUTION: The electrophotographic photoreceptor has at least a photosensitive layer on a conductive substrate, wherein a layer located on the surface of the side where the photosensitive layer is disposed contains fluorine-containing resin particles and a fluorinated graft polymer having 1-7C fluorinated alkyl group, and an area for a polystyrene equivalent molecular weight of 700,000 or more in a gel permeation chromatography (GPC) chart of the fluorinated graft polymer is 5% or more and 20% or less of the total area. The process cartridge and the image forming apparatus using the electrophotographic photoreceptor are also provided.
