When the alcohol solvent comprises an alcohol solvent having 3 or less carbon atoms, the content of the alcohol solvent is 0.1 mass% or more and 20 mass% or less with respect to the whole residual solvent; and when the alcohol solvent comprises an alcohol solvent having 4 or more carbon atoms, the content of the alcohol solvent is 0.1 mass% or more and 60 mass% or less. The content of the charge transporting material in the layer constituting the outermost surface is 85 mass% or more.
