    • PURPOSE: To provide a heat protective device of a metallic sheath extruder by which the heat protective device itself hardly becomes a high temperature by intense heat at metallic sheath extruding time and which is improved so that heat is easily diffused. CONSTITUTION: In a heat protective device which is composed of a heat protective cylinder part 51 to circulate a cooling medium and a tapering nozzle extending from its tip and in which a nozzle part 52 is inserted and arranged in core metal of a metallic sheath extruder, the heat protective device of the metallic sheath extruder is constituted in such a way that an outer peripheral surface of the heat protective device is covered with a heat reflective member 21 composed of a heat nonconductive material, and an inner peripheral surface of the heat protective device is covered with a heat conductive member 22, and the heat protective device can be maintained at a low temperature. In the heat protective device of the metallic sheath extruder, the heat reflective member 21 composed of a heat nonconductive material to be formed on an outer peripheral surface of the protective device is formed in a structure that a heat reflecting plate or a heat reflecting sheet is integrally formed on an outer peripheral surface of the protective device.

    • PURPOSE:To form a power cable laid in a duct integrated with a sheath, by forming a filament material, wound around a cable core in spiral and capable of being pressed with the sheath. CONSTITUTION:A filament material 3 having a high rigidity and flexibility, for example, a metal steel wire, is wound around the periphery of a cable core 2 in spiral with a predetermined pitch, and this periphery is formed by integral extrusion molding and covering of the plastic sheath 4 to form a cable 1 laid in a duct. Consequently, a projection 5 is formed on the periphery of the spiral filament material 3, and since the filament material 3 is buried in the projection 5, the strength of the projection 5 is considerably stronger than in the case of integral formation only with the plastic sheath. Consequently, a danger that a pitch of the spiral projection is changed at the time of pulling the cable 1 into a duct is eliminated, and a snake can be expected in the duct.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent high temperature steam and a high temperature and high pressure gas from leaking out of an interface of a rotation part by manufacturing an electric wire provided with a rotation fin while sealing the interface between mutually rotating a rotation die having a fin forming groove and a head of an extruding apparatus by pouring a lubrication material to the interface. SOLUTION: In manufacturing electric wires provided with a rotation fin, a lubrication material pouring route 91 is formed in a plug 9 for coming out prevention and the outlet of the route 91 is set to be a tip end face for screwing the plug itself and opened toward the interface between a head 2 of an extruding apparatus and a rotation die 3 having a fin forming groove where both of the head 2 and the die 3 are relatively rotated. A lubrication material 23 is poured into the interface between the head 2 of an extruding apparatus and the rotation die 3 having a fin forming groove where both of the head 2 and the die 3 are relatively rotated by continuously pouring the lubrication material 23 into the route 91 and the interface of the relatively rotating parts where a gap is easily formed is constantly sealed. Consequently, in the case a cross-linking work is carried out, high pressure steam in a crosslinking cylinder 8 can be prevented from leaking out of the interface through a communication cylinder 5.

    • PURPOSE:To lighten the influence of vibration of a bridge, by enabling maintaining a desired shape against the extension of a cable through balancing the weight of a trough type guide with the tension of a weighted suspension wire. CONSTITUTION:A cable 3 laid in a duct 2 added to a bridge 3 is caused to hang down in a substantial S shape in the offset part 4, and its tip is guided to a connection box 7 installed and fixed on the land side and connected with another cable 6. A trough type guide 5 arranged along the lower side of the upper side semicircular part 4a of the offset part 4 is formed into a circular shape coinciding with the original curved shape. Said trough type guide 5 is provided with cable-holding parts 10, 11, 12, which are fitted with wires 13, 14, 15 via helical springs 16, 17, 18, which draw up said cable-holding parts 10, 11, 12 by weights 13, 14, 15.

    • PURPOSE:To clean the surface of a long object such as a metal tape using a cleaning agent containing no chlorine at all by circulating a cleaning liquid in an area between a cleaning tank part and a cleaning liquid tank, then supplying the cleaning liquid regenerated by a distillation/regeneration device to a rinse tank part, and at the same time, blowing a hot blast using a drying part. CONSTITUTION:A cleaning device consists of three partitioned areas, that is, a cleaning tank part 31, a rinse tank part 32 and a drying part 33, connected in a tandem fashion. In addition, a metal tape 9 is conducted through the cleaning tank part 31 with an ultrasonic generator 19 from a feed-out roll 21. In this case, a cleaning liquid 18 in the cleaning tank part 31 is connected by piping so that it overflows, running into a cleaning liquid tank 23. Next, a rinse process using a cleaning liquid is performed in the rinse tank part 32. A rinse liquid containing no oily component is obtained by pumping up the cleaning liquid into a distillation/regeneration device and distillating the liquid. After that, the metal tape 9 is allowed to pass through a drying part 33 and is dried using a hot blast, and then is taken up by a winding roll 22 after running the tape 9 through a grinding device 12.

    • PURPOSE:To effectively preserve water quality in a dam by laying an air bubble- generating pipeline having a hole for injecting the air bubble in the vicinity of the submerged base of a water-storage dam and force-feeding air into the air bubble-generating pipeline to generate numerous air bubbles from the base of the water-storage dam. CONSTITUTION:Air feeders 6-8 instaled on the top face of a concrete wall 2 are mainly constituted of an air force-feeding means such as a compressor. Air bubble-generating pipelines 9-11 are connected to the respective air feeders 6-8 and fixedly provided on the submerged base in a dam 1 at the proper intervals. Compressed air is fed into the respective air bubble-generating pipelines 9-11 by actuating the respective air feeders 6-8. Large parts of compressed air are discharged into water in the dam 1 through the midway holes 12. While these are floated as the air bubbles, these are continuously brought into contact with water in the dam 1 and oxygen contained in water is increased. Thereby decomposition of miscellaneous germs is activated by bacteria and water quality in the water-storage dam is preserved.

    • PURPOSE:To obtain the subject product capable of recovering beautiful appearance simply by peeling the outermost layer in fading the outer surface by providing an anticorrosive layer on the periphery of a cable body and further forming plural colored protective covering layers of a specific construction thereon. CONSTITUTION:A cable with a multilayered protective covering is obtained by providing an anticorrosive layer 2 on the periphery of a cable body 1 and further forming plural colored protective covering layers 3 to 5 having grooves 31, 41 and 51 in the longitudinal direction except respective end faces on the aforementioned anticorrosive layer 2. When the above-mentioned cable is installed and then becomes unfavorable for beautiful appearance, a cutter blade is fed into the groove 51 of the protective covering layer 5 in the outermost layer to peel off the protective covering layer 5. Furthermore, high-density polyethylene containing 2-3% carbon blended therein is preferred as the anticorrosive layer. Polyethylene, nylon, chloroprene rubber, etc., are preferably used as the protective covering layer.
