摘要： PURPOSE: To obtain a solidifying agent for soil, etc., from a fluidized-bed boiler ash by classifying the ash and recovering coarse particles or by adding a specific substance to the coarse particles. CONSTITUTION: A fluidized-bed boiler ash is classified into coarse particles and fine particles, and the coarse particles are recovered as a solidifying agent. The classification is simply and conveniently performed by air classification utilizing the difference in specific gravity. The coarse particles as they are may be used as a solidifying agent or may be ground to enhance the solidifying capability. Addition of gypsum dihydrate, anhydrous gypsum, cement, and a slag powder to the coarse particles (or its grinding product) provides higher solid strengths. The total amt. of those ingredients added is pref. 80wt.% or lower of the resultant solidifying agent. When used, the agent usually in an amt. of 2-25wt.% of soil is mixed into soil.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antibacterial sewer pipe and a manufacturing method therefor, which prevent damage to a concrete color of the sewer pipe even in the addition of a metal-based antibacterial agent, and can bring about a uniform and stable antibacterial effect. SOLUTION: Sulfur-oxidizing bacteria in sewage are sterilized by metal- substituted hydroxyapatite of the sewer pipe, so that corrosion of the sewer pipe can be prevented. The white color of the metal-substituted hydroxyapatite enables an apparent commercial value of the sewer pipe to be equivalent to that of a general-purpose sewer pipe. Additionally, in the case of the incorporation of the metal-substituted hydroxyapatite into concrete, the antibacterial agent can be easily dispersed throughout slurry because the specific gravity of the metal-substituted hydroxyapatite is lower than that of a conventional metallic powder which is added as the antibacterial agent. Thus, the uniform and stable antibacterial effect can be obtained.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aggregate recovery system which can produce a coarse aggregate and a fine aggregate which is reduced in an amount of matters adhered thereto. SOLUTION: A solid such as concrete waste is ground and kneaded by a vertical grinding and kneading device to remove an adhesion component from the surface of aggregate as impalpable powder. At this time, the heat of hot air blowing from a blowing pipe of a main body causes good peel off of the impalpable powder due to a difference between the thermal expansion coefficient of the impalpable powder and that of the aggregate. The ground and kneaded concrete waste is classified into a coarse aggregate (5 mm or more) and a fine aggregate (less than 5 mm) by an aggregate recovery device 15 equipped with wire netting having a mesh size of 5 mm. As a result, the coarse aggregate and fine aggregate from which a mortar component and the like have been removed sufficiently can be obtained.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antibacterial sewer pipe which can provide a uniform and stable antibacterial effect without deteriorating the concrete color of the sewer pipe by adding a metallic antibacterial agent and to provide a method for manufacturing the same. SOLUTION: The corrosion of a sewer pipe can be prevented since sulfur oxidizing bacteria in sewage are killed by the metal-substituted apatite hydroxide of the sewer pipe. Also, since the metal-substituted apatite hydroxide is white in color, the product value of the sewer pipe in terms of appearance can be made similar to general sewer pipes. Further, in concrete kneaded with the metal-substituted apatite hydroxide, the specific gravity of the metal- substituted apatite hydroxide is lighter than that of metal powder added as a conventional antibacterial agent, and hence an antibacterial agent is easily distributed into an entire slurry. Therefore, a uniform and stable antibacterial effect can be obtained.

Then, they are classified by means of classifier into the crude aggregate and the mortar to recover the crude aggregate. The mortar and the second grinding medium are charged in the second grinder 201 where the mortar is ground by using this second grinding medium to separate into the fine aggregate and cement. Then, they are excluded out of the second grinder to separate into the second grinding medium and cement. Finally, the second grinding medium is recycled to the second grinder, while the fine aggregate is recovered.

The metal-substituted type hydroxyapatite has while color and light specific gravity and is uniformly dispersible in slurry.
