摘要： PURPOSE: To dry and burn moisture in sludge safely without providing any public pollution, smoothen the smelting of molten ash, facilitate the outflow of the same, permit the regulation of solidifying and granuating after outflow, and contrive reutilization. CONSTITUTION: A dryer 1, drying by inert gas, a sludge burning and melting furnace 11, burning organic substances in sludge and melting inorganic substances, are provided while a smelt take-out port 78 is provided on the bottom of the furnace 11. A sludge drying, burning and melting treatment system is provided with a paper extracting line, provided in a sludge recovering seal tank, a secondary combustion furnace 20, burning unburnt organic substances completely, a drain injection nozzle 23, faced toward the inside of the furnace, the main body 25 of convection heat transfer unit, the storage tank 61 of inert gas for drying, a drying medium gas heater 28, provided on the half way of an inert gas supplying passage from the storage tank 61 to the dryer 11 and arranged in the main body 25 of convection heat transfer unit, and an exhaust gas scrubber 38, removing public pollutant contained in the exhaust gas of combustion, which is discharged through the main body 25 of convection heat transfer unit.

摘要： PURPOSE:To make a deodorizing furnace unnecessary, contrive the miniaturization of a cyclone by treating only the water vapor of sludge and make it hard to burn sludge under drying through indirect heating by a method wherein the indirect heating drying treatment of sludge, containing much moisture, is effected by the high-temperature gas of a heat gas generating device and water vapor, containing the bad smell constituents of the sludge, is treated by the combustion in the heat gas generating device so as to cause no public pollution. CONSTITUTION:The main body 41 of a drying machine is provided with a sludge drying chamber and a heat gas heating chamber 60a, partitioned into each chambers, the discharging port 19 of water vapor in sludge is provided at the outlet port of the sludge drying chamber, a heat gas generating device 12, supplying heated gas to the heated gas heating chamber 60a, is provided, a water vapor passage 27, for throwing water vapor evaporated from the sludge into the heated gas generating device to burn it in the same device, is arranged and one end side of the water vapor passage 27 is connected to the water vapor discharging port 19 while the other end side of the water vapor passage 27 is connected to the throwing port 27 of water vapor into a hot air furnace.

摘要： PURPOSE: To improve a heat exchanging rate by a method wherein a main body of a drying machine is of a triple cylindrical structure, a sludge drying chamber performs an indirect radiation and heat transfer with hot gas at an outside of an inner cylinder and an inside of an outer cylinder and a gas flow drying is applied with the high temperature air being applied as a transporting medium within the sludge drying chamber. CONSTITUTION: A main body 4 of a drying machine is comprised of a triple cylindrical member. A sludge drying chamber 5 at an intermediate part where sludge and transporting air pass is provided with an air blowing device lance tube in a longitudinal and axial direction of a cylinder. As a heat exchanging operation between hot gas and mud sludge fed into the main body 4 of the drying machine from a hot gas generating furnace 14 through a heat exchanger 20, an indirect heating system only with radiation and heat transfer is employed. At the sludge drying chamber 5, secondary air of high temperature indirectly heated with the heat exchanger 20 is utilized as air flow drying and transporting medium. Water vapour having bad odor substances which are dried and gasified is circulated and mixed at a high temperature part of the hot gas generating furnace 14 together with medium air. With such an arrangement as above, bad odor substances are oxidized at high temperature and changed into non-polluted state.
