    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an LED lamp or the like having a novel configuration, capable of dealing with weight saving without causing increase in size of the LED lamp nor increase in thermal load to a lighting circuit unit.SOLUTION: A lamp comprises: a base 3 for power reception; a cylindrical case 5 to whose one end the base 3 is attached; a support base 7 covering the another end of the case 5; a plurality of semiconductor light-emitting elements 23 mounted on a principal surface on an opposed side to the one end of the case 5, of the support base 7; a globe 11 covering the semiconductor light-emitting elements 23 and attached to the another end side of the case 5; and a lighting circuit unit 13 housed in the case 5, and receiving a power via the base 3 to light the semiconductor light-emitting elements 23. The case 5 is made of a resin material. The lighting circuit unit 13 supplies a current equal to or less than a current value in a forward direction of the light-emitting elements 23 by which a junction temperature of the semiconductor light-emitting elements 23 during rated lighting becomes 100°C, to each of the plurality of semiconductor light-emitting elements 23.
