    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultra high-early-strength cement composition that can develop sufficient strength in a relatively short period after casting, although the composition has fluidity in a certain period after kneading.
      SOLUTION: The ultra high-early-strength cement composition contains an ultra high-early-strength Portland cement, lithium sulfate, a naphthalene sulfonic acid formalin condensate as a high-performance water reducing agent, and a setting retarder comprising at least either citric acid or a citrate, wherein based on 100 parts by mass of the ultra high-early-strength Portland cement, the composition contains the lithium sulfate by 1.0 to 3.0 parts by mass, the high-performance water reducing agent by 0.6 to 2.4 parts by mass, and the setting retarder by 0.025 to 0.200 parts by mass.
