    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging apparatus which includes a plurality of light receiving sections for one micro lens for imaging a three-dimensional image and can obtain a more natural image when generating a two-dimensional image.SOLUTION: An imaging apparatus includes: a micro lens array 2 including a plurality of micro lenses 20 which are two-dimensionally and regularly arranged; an imaging lens for letting light from a subject form an image on the micro lens array 2; and a plurality of light receiving elements 22L and 22R arranged for each micro lens 20. The plurality of light receiving sections 22L and 22R corresponding to each micro lens 20 receive light from the subject with which the image is formed on the micro lens and photoelectrically convert the light. The pupil of the imaging lens and light receiving faces of the light receiving sections 22L and 22R are disposed to be out of a conjugate relation.
