One side part of the L-shaped member is fixed to the plate member, and the other side part of the L-shaped member is protruded outward from the plate member to form the protrusion. The plate member is disposed to form a gap to the adjoining plate member. One side part of the L-shaped member is extended into the gap. The subject matter is gas hydrate.

Therein, bamboo supplied from the charging hopper 51 is cut into a chip shape by a cutting blade 42 and, at the same time, the chip shape bamboo heaped on the under part is crushed by applying shocks and is discharged with air from the discharging hood 52.
