    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a governor device which can be installed in an engine without newly arranging a governor shaft and a gear for driving the governor, can be reduced the number of parts, and can be miniaturized the device.SOLUTION: The governor device of the engine has the balancer shaft (21) arranged substantially parallel to the crankshaft, a driving gear arranged in the crankshaft and a driven gear did (31) arranged in the balancer shaft are meshed so as to be able to transmit mechanical power. A plurality of flyweights (81) are each oscillatably supported by the driven gear of the balancer shaft via supporting pins (82) and the flyweights are connected to a fuel supporting a via an interlocking mechanism.
