    • PURPOSE: An expansion valve is provided to reduce noise due to ruptured bubbles because bubbles in high pressure refrigerant, passing through inside of a valve body, are segmented by installing a throttling member in an outlet port. CONSTITUTION: An expansion valve comprises an inlet port(321), a valve chamber(35), a valve hole(32a), a valve body(30), a valve member(32b), a valve member driving unit(36), and a throttling member(100). High pressure refrigerant, condensed in a condenser, flows in through the inlet port which communicates with the valve chamber. The valve hole forms in the valve chamber and the valve body has an outlet port and a passage. Through the outlet port, the refrigerant, expanding in the valve hole, is discharged to the outside. The refrigerant, returning from an evaporator to a compressor, passes through the passage. The valve member opens and closes the valve hole. The valve member driving unit drives the valve member and controls opening range of the valve hole. The throttling member is fixed in the outlet port by a caulking part.

SOLUTION: While form rolling face profiles of form rolling rollers 10, 12 and 14 are forced to be different at every form rolling rollers, form rolling faces at every form rolling rollers are forced to be different in the axial direction, the pipe is machined. The pressurizing force of each form rolling roller can be reduced, the total pressurizing force which is applied to the pipe by a form rolling roller group can be reduced, thereby, the form rolling can be conducted while reducing stress applying to the pipe. As a result, the form rolling can be conducted not breaking the cross sectional face of the thin wall pipe.

In a method for rolling a pipe(16) in which the pipe(16) is rolled by pressing the pipe at two or more points which are distanced in a circumferential direction of the pipe(16) having circular cross-section using a group of two or more rolling rollers(10,12,14), the method for rolling the pipe is characterized in that the pipe is processed as axially varying the rolling surface of each of the rolling rollers(10,12,14). In a method for rolling a pipe(16) in which the pipe is rolled by pressing the pipe at three or more points which are separated in a circumferential direction of the pipe(16) having circular cross-section using a group of three or more rolling rollers(10,12,14), the method for rolling the pipe is characterized in that the pipe is processed as axially varying the rolling surface of each of the rolling rollers(10,12,14) with the central position of the pipe not being restricted.
