    • PURPOSE: A method for producing the potato saplings grown up from a stem cutting for growing in a liquid nutrition medium and culture broth compositions(Cheju B liquid medium) are provided for growing a large amount of potatoes without contamination and lowering the cost. CONSTITUTION: A culture broth composition(Cheju B liquid medium) for producing the potato saplings grown up from a stem cutting for growing in a liquid nutrition medium consists of KNO3, Ca(NO3)2-4H2O, NH4H2PO4, MgSO4-7H2O, Fe-EDTA, H3BO3, ZnSO4-4H2O, MnSO4-4H2O, CuSO4-5H2O, and (NH4)6Mo7O24. The method for growing potatoes in a liquid nutrition medium comprises the steps of: producing the potato saplings grown up from a stem cutting, examining the presence of virus, transferring 3 to 4 cm virus-free potato saplings into the soil with supplying with only water for 5 days; supplying the potato saplings with the liquid nutrition medium of the invention after 5 days of transportation; collecting the grown potato saplings after 10 days; stem cutting the potato saplings; transferring the sapling cuts and remained stem saplings into the the soil and supplying with only water for 5 days; supplying the potato saplings with the liquid nutrition medium after 5 days of transportation; and collecting the grown potato saplings after 10 to 15 days of second transportation.

    • PURPOSE: A producing method of potato stalk sapling grown up from a cutting for solution culture and a culture solution composition therefor are provided which produces a sapling by supplying a particular composition of nutrient solution without pollution, secures a large quantities of saplings in a short time, and obtains a good effect of increased yield. CONSTITUTION: A composition of nutrient solution for producing potato stalk sapling grown up from a cutting is composed of NH4NO3, KNO3, KH2PO4, CaCl2. 2H2O, MgSO4. 7H2O as mass elements and Fe-EDTA, H3BO3, MsSO4, MsSO4. 4H2O, ZnSO4. 7H2O, CuSO4. 5H2O, (NH4)6Mo7O24 as trace elements. A producing method of potato stalk sapling grown up from a cutting is composed of the following steps; culturing 3-4 centimeters of sapling by supplying water without the nutrition solution for 5 days after examination of virus; culturing by supplying the nutrient solution; gathering a cultured sapling after 10 days; planting a cutting with the cultured sapling; culturing the sapling grown up from the cutting and a remaining stalk sapling by supplying water without the nutrition solution for 5 days; culturing by supplying the nutrient solution; and gathering the sapling after 15 days.
