    • A prepreg which is a reinforced fiber material of the present invention is manufactured by impregnating fibers to open from fiber-reinforced bundles in solution which a sizing agent is chemically dissolved therein, using vibration of ultrasonic waves generated from an ultrasonic cleaner so as to chemically degrade the sizing agent thereby reducing cohesiveness and evaporating a solvent remaining in the fibers so as to recover the fibers in a dry condition and then impregnating a resin film at the upper/lower surface. A preprag manufacturing method of the present invention is a method for separating a sizing agent itself from a carbon fiber filament by melting so that the sizing agent is not remaining in the carbon fibers after passing the opening device thereby having uniform opening effects and it is possible to minimize defects of opening by a physical method when manufacturing a preprag.

When the resin film and the fiber penetrates the impregnation roller, both sides of the impregnation roller is controlled to be lower than a temperature of the central part of the impregnation roller.
