    • PURPOSE: A method of manufacturing polyacrylonitrile group precursor fiber for carbon fiber is provided not to cause a strength degradation of the carbon fiber even when using an acrylate copolymer. CONSTITUTION: The method of manufacturing polyacrylonitrile group precursor fiber for carbon fiber has following features. A polyacrylonitrile polymer is composed of 96~98wt% of acrylonitrile monomer, 1~2wt% of extension promoting component and 1~2wt% of oxygen-permeability promoting component. The extension promoting component is selected in a group consisting of ethylacrylate, 2-ethylhexylacrylat, methyl acrylate, N-butyl acrylate and T-butyl acrylate. The oxygen-permeability promoting componen tis selected in a group consisting of acrylic acid, methacrylic acid, itaconic acid, crotonic acid, citraconic acid, maleic acid and their alkylester.

    • PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a carbon fiber precursor is provided to manufacture the carbon fiber with high intensity and high elasticity by reducing deformity of the carbon fiber by a void, and to reduce the void existing in dope liquid. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a carbon fiber precursor includes the following steps: manufacturing dope liquid by dissolving an acrylonitrile copolymer in an organic solvent by putting the acrylonitrile copolymer(12) and an organic solvent(14); transferring the dope liquid in a dope liquid storage tank(30); and manufacturing the carbon fiber precursor by spinning the transferred dope liquid. The intensity of the ultrasonic wave is 10-300kHz.
