    • A ball screw capable of sensing a preload is formed of a nut having an internal thread surrounding an imaginary central axis, a screw inserted into the nut and having an external thread surrounding the imaginary central axis, and a plurality of balls are mounted between the internal and external threads in a way that the balls roll therebetween. A mounting hole having a mounting surface therein is formed in the nut. The mounting surface corresponds to the internal thread in a way that it is substantially perpendicular to the imaginary central axis. A force sensor is mounted to the mounting surface. The force sensor can directly sense the preload in real time, so it is uneasily adversely affected by any environmental factor to have more accurate sensing result relatively.

    • Disclosed is a microfluidic biosensing system including a processor, in which a Raman barcode database corresponding to at least one Raman spectrum signal is stored, a plurality of Raman barcode beads mixed with a target fluid and coupled to at least one target bioparticle in the target fluid, a microfluidic channel disposed to make the target fluid mixed with the Raman barcode beads flow therethrough, a light source disposed on the microfluidic channel, and a spectral detection device connected to the processor and disposed to correspond to the light source. The spectral detection device receives the Raman spectrum signal generated when the target bioparticle coupled with the Raman barcode bead is irradiated, and transfers the received Raman spectrum signal to the processor. The processor determines a type of the bioparticle(s) and calculates the number of bioparticle(s) by matching the Raman spectrum signal(s) to the Raman barcode database.

    • A single-inductor multi-output (SIMO) conversion device for enlarging load range is disclosed. The SIMO conversion device comprises a power stage comprising a first switch and a second switch and receiving a direct-current (DC) current. A DC voltage source inputs the DC current to an inductor by timing of the first and second switches. Each control output circuit has a third switch connected with the inductor in series to receive an immediate current. The control output circuit sends out an output voltage selectively by the third switch. A control stage circuit receives a plurality of feedback voltage signals and selectively controls the order of adjusting energy of the output voltages by order control signals. The present invention uses a current sensing circuit to obtain the immediate current and switches control signals to establish the best order thereof according to different loads.
