摘要： Provided are a programmable mask for promptly fabricating a biomolecule or polymer array having high density, an apparatus for fabricating a biomolecule or polymer array including the mask, a method of fabricating a biomolecule or polymer array using the programmable mask and a photochemical synthesis apparatus. The programmable mask for fabricating a biomolecule array or polymer array includes a first substrate including a black matrix having openings and first pixel electrodes; a second substrate including thin film transistors for switching pixel regions which correspond to the openings according to applied electric signals and second pixel electrodes connected to drain electrodes of the thin film transistors; a liquid crystal layer interposed between the first substrate and the second substrate, the liquid crystal layer including liquid crystal whose arrangement can be changed according to electric signals of the thin film transistors so as to selectively transmit light; a first polarizing plate laminated on one side of the first substrate; a second polarizing plate laminated on one side of the second substrate; and a lens array layer laminated on one side of the second polarizing plate including lenses which correspond to the pixel regions.

In the multiplex PCR method for having at least two DNA amplified products from a sample positioned in a PCR equipment, the object of the present invention is to provide a novel multiplex PCR method characterized in that a primer annealing temperature and an extension time be changed per cycle with constant periods. When a multiplex PCR is performed in accordance with the present invention, limitations in determining PCR conditions due to a various sizes of PCR products or dimers caused by primers can be eliminated, and time and efforts required for determining the PCR conditions to various samples can also be reduced. Further, not only refined DNAs like cDNA, genomic DNA, vector, etc, but blood can be directly used as a multiplex PCR sample, and PCR amplification reaction can be performed even with a sample having the smallest amounts.

摘要： A plastic optical fiber and a method for producing the same is disclosed. The plastic optical fiber is formed as a fiber of core-cladding structure. A protective layer or shield layer may be provided on the outer surface of the optical fiber of core-cladding structure for improving thermal resistance of the optical fiber and protecting the optical fiber from air and moisture. The plastic optical fiber uses fluorinated plastic, which contains a rare earth component as a core material, and a cladding material, which does not comprise a rare earth component but essentially consists of a polymer chain, which essentially consists of bonded —[CF2]n— monomers and has a refractive index lower than that of the core material. The optical fiber is produced by a melting-drawing technique.

摘要： Disclosed is a method for manufacturing a thin film transistor of a semiconductor device, wherein an offset area is influenced by a gate voltage to increase the ON-current, which provides a thin film transistor which improves the ON/OFF characteristic of the semiconductor device. The low swing value and the high ON/OFF ratio are implemented by forming a gate insulation layer of ONO structure on the gate electrode on the semiconductor device and then performing a steam anneal process using a wet-oxidizing method to reinforce the surface the respective ONO layer. Thus, the thickness of a gate insulation layer is reduced, the margin of the device is secured, and the electrical characteristic becomes superior.
