The pre-fabricated module is an amenities module which is inserted into a housing unit within the multi-dwelling housing units. Through a plurality of quick-connect couplings and a quick-connect electrical coupling the amenities module accesses a water source, a sewage outlet, and an electrical source from the housing unit in order to provide functional amenities to a tenant. The amenities module includes a kitchen and a bathroom mounted within an enclosure allowing the tenant to cook and maintain hygiene.

The method also includes covering the fastening mechanism and the at least one opening with an epoxy grout.

摘要： A height adjustable column for a shipping container building structure. The height adjustable column has an upper sleeve portion, a middle sleeve portion and a lower sleeve. When the column is in the non-extended position the middle sleeve portion is fully slid within the lower and upper sleeve portions and a substantive length of the upper sleeve portion is slid within the lower sleeve portion such that ISO apertures in the middle sleeves are aligned whereby the height of the column is at a reduced height compared to that that of a standard shipping container. When the column is in the extended position locking means on the middle sleeve portion engage and lock with the corresponding slotted apertures on the lower and upper sleeve portions as to support and retain the column at a height equal to or greater than the height of a standard shipping container.

摘要： A framework for a building structure. The framework is constructed of two open-walled structures, an inner core structure and an outer core structure. Each core structure is a six-sided cuboid structure formed by hollow horizontal and vertical conduits. The inner core structure is smaller than the outer core structure and interconnecting hollow conduit webs link the two cores. The inner core may be placed on a different horizontal plane than the outer structure, in which case, the interconnecting webs slope from one core to the other one. The conduits of the cores are dimensioned to house utility systems, such as plumbing, wiring, staircases, etc. Walls, windows, doors may be attached to the core structures, to achieve a residential or commercial space suitable for the intended purpose.

A first story of the building is created by arranging a plurality of the prefabricated building units adjacent to each other on the base. Structural bearing material is applied to fill the hollow column formwork structures to create structural columns connected to the structural deck. Structural bearing material is applied to the horizontal upper exterior surfaces of the adjacent prefabricated building units to create a single structural deck over the prefabricated building units.
