摘要： A method for manufacturing decorative surfaces includes the steps of a) inkjet printing an image on a first thermoplastic foil using a pigmented UV curable inkjet ink; b) applying a second thermoplastic foil on the inkjet printed image; and c) heat pressing the first and second thermoplastic foils into a decorative laminate; wherein the pigmented UV curable inkjet ink contains a polymerizable composition having 30 to 70 wt % of monofunctional polymerizable compounds and 30 to 70 wt % of polyfunctional polymerizable compounds, the weight percentage wt % is based on the total weight of the polymerizable composition; and at least one of the first and second thermoplastic foils is a transparent foil.

摘要： The present invention is related to the production method of the two-layer composite deck tile (1) which comprises the process steps of melting, first of all, the wood-plastic filling material which is used as the top layer (10) and filling the same into the prepared injection mold cavity; then melting the thermoplastic bottom layer (11) which allows the composite deck tile (1) to be high-positioned on the ground where it will be applied and filling the same into the injection mold cavity; allowing the two layers (10, 11) to cool down which are filled into the mold cavity; and removing thereof from the mold after cooling down, so as to be used in the outdoor areas or for floor coverings.

摘要： Various embodiments provide surface compositions and methods for durable and/or load-bearing surfaces in a variety of industrial, animal, and marine applications. Compositions and methods may comprise utilizing a liquid binder, catalyst, primer, and/or antimicrobial composition to provide durable, waterproof, and/or long-lasting surface compositions to dispose within the roadway voids and/or to create a durable, sanitary surface. The surface compositions may cure rapidly through an internal exothermic reaction process to form the repair and/or the safety flooring. The surface composition may be substantially impermeable to animal waste and resistant to harboring agents of disease. In some embodiments, a filler materials may be disposed within the liquid binders to provide elasticity, compression, slip resistance, heat transfer, reduced cure time, and/or a desired surface texture to the surface composition.

摘要： The present invention is generally directed to an interlocking modular mat or tile and method of use. The mat comprises a severable core structure with a ramp around its periphery and a connected outer structure. The outer structure surrounding the inner core structure is partitioned into side and corner panels also having ramps internally disposed therein. The novel features of the mat allows it to be cut along several locations to expose the internal ramp structure within each panel, providing a assembled mat system with a secure border around the entire mat. A method of constructing an array of the novel mat panel members involving cutting to expose the internal ramped structure is also disclosed to provide a flooring surface.

An exemplary combination includes a substantially planar shower tray bonding disk on a flooring substrate and surrounded by a prefabricated polymer foam shower tray on the flooring substrate and at the circumference of the bonding disk. The disk includes an interior rim that defines a drain opening and a plurality of slotted openings for permitting mortar to penetrate the disk. The drain opening in the disk can thus be positioned at a drain cut out in the flooring substrate.

摘要： Disclosed herein is a waterproof, easy-to-install, easy to remove, easy to repair or replace, recyclable, flooring system. A substrate supports the floor, and planks are adhered to the substrate by a film sandwich, which can have an impermeable film and adhesive on both sides. The adhesive can be a pressure sensitive adhesive. This film sandwich can have the same width as the planks, or can be wider than the planks. The edges of two adjacent planks can share the same film sandwich strip so as to provide the longest adhered path for any water entering the slit formed by adjoining planks and exiting at the edge of any film-sandwich. Each side of the film sandwich may be coated with adhesives having different adhesive characteristics, i.e., different cohesive and adhesive strengths between the substrate and film and/or between the planks and the film.
