    • A system, and method for use thereof, for image manipulation. The system may generate an original image in a three dimensional coordinate system. A sensing system may sense a user interaction with the image. The sensed user interaction may be correlated with the three dimensional coordinate system. The correlated user interaction may be used to project an updated image, where the updated image may be a distorted version of the original image. The image distortion may be in the form of a twisting, bending, cutting, displacement, or squeezing. The system may be used for interconnecting or communicating between two or more components connected to an interconnection medium (e.g., a bus) within a single computer or digital data processing system.

    • Method for manufacturing small wind energy gathering devices, for example, of geometrical dimensions tip to ⅛th of an inch (microdevices), employing micro-fabrication techniques. For example, three-dimensional single chemical composition parts of a small wind energy gathering device are manufactured using two-photon three dimensional lithography. Preferably, a plurality of such parts are manufactured in parallel, thereby optimizing the production process. The plurality of parts may be handled and assembled using precision instruments such as micro-tweezers, micro-scissors, and holographic lasers. Nanowires may be used to interconnect a plurality of the microdevices together, or to connect components of a particular microdevice. These nanowires are produced in nanowire arrays and are attached to a common base structure. Additionally, a form of injection molding and polymer materials may be utilized in the manufacturing of the small wind energy gathering devices (microdevices), which provide protective coatings and surfaces of reduced friction.

    • Disclosed is a method and system for file accessing and data transferring to secure online voting using a multilayered security system where all contents of the data may be delivered to users of varied electronic devices. The data transferring occur as an external communication between separate computers which themselves are distinguishable processing entities, such as a voter processing center, online voting station, registration station, and calling station. The system includes (i) requesting at least one voter and biometric information based on a security level; (ii) receiving the at least one voter and biometric information from the user; (iii) verifying the at least one voter and biometric information against the stored voter and biometric information; (iv) in response to acceptable verifications, sending a voting ballot; and (v) receiving and storing the voting ballot with a vote selection. The security level may depend on the type of ballot.

    • A system for a 3-D user interface comprises: one or more 3-D projectors configured to display an image of all or one or more parts of a first electronic device in a 3-D coordinate system; one or more sensors configured to sense user interaction with the image and to provide user interaction information; and a processor configured (i) to receive the user interaction information from the one or more sensors; (ii) to correlate the user interaction with the image; and (iii) to operate a second electronic device in a manner responsive to a correlation of the user interaction with the image, wherein the first electronic device has a visual display unit and the image comprises an image of all or one or more parts of the visual display unit of the first electronic device. A method for providing a 3-D user interface comprises: generating an image of all or one or more parts of a first electronic device in a 3-D coordinate system; sensing user interaction with the image; correlating the user interaction with the image; and operating a second electronic device in a manner responsive to a correlation of the user interaction with the image, wherein the first electronic device has a visual display unit and the image comprises an image of all or one or more parts of the visual display unit of the first electronic device. Computer readable program codes related to the system and the method of the present invention are also described herein.
