摘要： A piezoelectric sounding component includes a diaphragm that includes a metal plate and a piezoelectric body formed on the metal plate. The diaphragm bends and vibrates according to application of voltage to the piezoelectric body. A casing that includes a bottom wall, side walls, and a supporting portion to support the diaphragm in inside edge portions of the side walls. The side walls extending from edges of the bottom wall in a thickness direction and includes a first wall, a second wall positioned to face the first wall, and a third wall positioned between the first wall. Two or more terminals that are formed on the first wall or the third wall serve to apply voltage to the diaphragm. Two or more elastic adhesives join the side walls and the diaphragm between the two or more terminals and the diaphragm. Two or more conductive adhesives are formed on the two or more elastic adhesives and join the two or more terminals and the diaphragm. The diaphragm is supported by the supporting portion and accommodated in the casing so that a gap formed between the first wall and the diaphragm is smaller than a gap formed between the second wall and the diaphragm.

The method comprises providing a first thermal molding die having a molding side, the molding side having a profile which is complementary to that of the second side of the vibration membrane assembly, putting the vibration membrane carrier ring onto the molding side of the first thermal molding die and laying a vibration membrane blank onto the vibration membrane carrier ring to bring the vibration membrane blank in contact with the vibration membrane carrier ring, applying a pressure to the vibration membrane blank against the vibration membrane carrier ring to nest and fix the vibration membrane blank on the vibration membrane carrier ring to form the vibration membrane assembly, removing the pressure off the vibration membrane blank and separating the vibration membrane assembly from the first thermal molding die.

摘要： A loudspeaker includes a diaphragm body having a dome shape protruding upwardly, a magnetic circuit disposed below the diaphragm body, a voice coil coupled to the diaphragm body, an edge coupled to an outer circumference of the diaphragm body, and a frame coupled to the edge. The edge includes a first coupling portion provided at an outer circumference of the edge, a second coupling portion provided at an inner circumference of the edge and coupled to an outer circumference of the diaphragm body, and a roll portion disposed between the first coupling portion and the second coupling portion. The edge has a surface facing downward. The frame has a connecting surface disposed below the second coupling portion and coupled to the surface of the edge at the first coupling portion of the edge. This loudspeaker can decrease distortion of sound.

摘要： A speaker that is designed to substantially eliminate wobble of the voice coil during operation, and thus remove that source of distortion and early failure of the speaker. This is accomplished with the creation of triangular ring that extends upward from the top edge of the voice coil bobbin with that ring mating with a flat diaphragm at a right angle directly above the top edge of the bobbin. The outer edge of the diaphragm connects to the inner edge of the surround at the point where a sloping side of the “triangle” is also connected and slopes down to the top edge of the bobbin where the opposite end is connected. The outer portion of the diaphragm provides the third side of the triangle.
