The method further includes determining, by the network controller, a data flow path for each of the plurality of data segments and determining, by the network controller, a first wavelength to assign to the first data segment. The first wavelength is one of a plurality of wavelengths spanning between the first node and a second node of the network.

摘要： A device and method providing audio-based, continuous authentication of a user to provide access to a processing device. A user echoprint model is created while a user interacts with an authentication interface for another authentication method of the device, transparently to the user. The sound waves are user-specific and inaudible. The user-specific sounds are reflected by the user and used to construct an echoprint which can be compared by a previously constructed user-specific, echoprint model. If the result is positive, access to the processing device may be allowed. Access to the processing device is based on the audio authentication or the alternative authentication is based on the result of audio authentication and updates a device state indicating whether the display is on or off and whether the device is locked or unlocked.

The transmitter determines a threshold of signal distortion that impedes RF fingerprint identification while providing an acceptable amount of degradation to data transmissions and then synthesizes a distortion of its unique RF fingerprint to impede identification. The transmitter may create RF fingerprint “personalities” to be paired with different radio protocol behaviors and subscriber terminal identification codes (e.g., MAC addresses or SMSIs) for generating different radio identities.

A method can include an enrollment protocol that ensures users control the number they claim to own, a handshake protocol that mutually authenticates the calling parties, and a call integrity protocol that ensures the security of the voice channel and the content it carries. A server can act as either an endpoint or intermediary between user clients and client-server architecture can be employed. All protocols can include end-to-end cryptography and the enrollment protocol can issue a certificate that binds the identity of the client to a phone number.

摘要： A playback device includes a port configured to receive content from an external memory device, a device memory residing in the device, and a controller programmed to execute instructions that cause the controller to read a read data pattern from the defined region in the external memory device and determine if the read data pattern correlates to an expected data pattern to a predetermined level, wherein the expected data pattern is derived at least in part from a defect map of the defined region. A memory device includes an array of memory cells configured to store at least one bit of data, the array of memory cells being organized into regions, at least one first region of the array of memory cells having stored therein a defect map of the array of memory cells, and at least one second region of the array of memory cells being designated as a defined region having a known defect pattern. A method of validating a memory device includes writing, using a controller in a playback device, a known data pattern to a defined region in the memory device, reading, with the controller, a read data pattern from the defined region, comparing, at the controller, the read data pattern to an expected data pattern, the expected data pattern derived from the known data pattern and a defect map of the defined region, and validating, with the controller, the memory device based upon a correlation result from the comparing.

摘要： An automobile device receives first data from transmitter(s) located in an automobile. A random access preamble is transmitted on an uplink carrier to a base station in response to a pre-defined condition being met based on the first data or a value of an internal timer or a user input. A time alignment command is received from the base station. Uplink signal transmission timing of the uplink carrier is adjusted according to the time alignment command. A network server transmits, via the base station over a non-GBR bearer, a first message configured to trigger establishment of a connection to the network server. A second message configured to cause transmission of the first data to the network server is received from the network server via the base station over the non-GBR bearer. The first data is encrypted and transmitted to the base station via an established non-GBR bearer.

摘要： A fiber optic light intensity encryption method is provided. The method includes determining light intensities associated with multi-frequency light pulses emitted by a laser transmitter apparatus in response to an encryptions process. An encryption type for application of an encryption algorithm to each light intensity is determined and a first light intensity associated with a first light pulse is selected. Data indicating results of the random selection is transmitted to the laser transmitter apparatus and an initial security key is transmitted over a signaling channel of the laser transmitter apparatus. The signaling channel is secured based on the initial security key resulting in a secure signaling channel. In response, a secure bundle comprising said the secure signaling channel and an additional group of channels is generated and the data is transmitted via the secure bundle.
