Also included is between 1 and 8 phr of an amide processing aid, the processing aid comprising one or more amides of the form (Formula I); wherein R is an aliphatic chain of between 14 and 20 carbons, R′ is selected from H or an aliphatic chain of between 1 and 4 carbons and R″ is selected from an aliphatic chain of between 1 and 4 carbons having an —OH moiety.

The phenolic stabilizer is an alkylenebisamide-type hindered phenol.

摘要： The instant invention is a cure system for halogenated elastomer compositions, a curable halogenated elastomer composition, and a method for curing a halogenated elastomer composition. The cure system for halogenated elastomer compositions includes a polymercapto crosslinking agent, an inorganic base, and a combination of at least two or more of (a) a nitrogen containing chelating agent; (b) a first accelerator; or (c) a second accelerator. The curable halogenated elastomer composition includes a chlorinated elastomer, and a cure system including a polymercapto crosslinking agent, an inorganic base, and a combination of at least two or more of (a) a nitrogen containing chelating agent; (b) a first accelerator; or (c) a second accelerator. Furthermore, the method for curing a halogenated elastomer composition includes the following steps: (1) providing a chlorinated elastomer composition; (2) providing a cure system composition including a polymercapto crosslinking agent, an inorganic base, and a combination of at least two or more of (a) a nitrogen containing chelating agent; (b) a first accelerator; or (c) a second accelerator; (3) uniformly blending the cure system into the chlorinated elastomer composition; (4) thereby forming a curable chlorinated elastomer composition; (5) subjecting the curable chlorinated elastomer composition to heat or heat and pressure; and (6) thereby curing the curable chlorinated elastomer composition.

摘要： Processes are described for binding a fibrous material. The processes may include applying to a surface of the fibrous material an aqueous binding composition to form a coated fibrous material. The binding composition may include: (a) a water-soluble polyamic acid, and (b) an organic crosslinking agent capable of undergoing a covalent crosslinking reaction with the water-soluble polyamic acid when heated. The water-soluble polyamic acid may be formed by the reaction of: a (i) a polycarboxylic acid or polyanhydride having a molecular weight of at least 150 g/mol, and (ii) ammonia or an amine compound. The processes may further include heating the coated fibrous material to crosslink the water-soluble polyamic acid with the organic crosslinking agent to form a cured binder. One or more adjoining fibers of the fibrous material may be bound to each other at cross over points by the cured binder.
