摘要： The present disclosure provides an IGBT driving circuit, including an optocoupler chip and a power amplification circuit. The optocoupler chip includes an isolation amplification unit and a fault protection unit, and the fault protection unit includes a desaturation module and a fault feedback module. The desaturation module is configured to transmit a warning signal to the fault feedback module when detecting that a potential of a collector of the IGBT is overhigh or the potential of the collector of the IGBT changes overfast. The fault feedback module is configured to transmit a fault control signal to the external controller after receiving the warning signal so as to control the external driving signal outputted by the external controller and enable the isolation amplification unit to output an IGBT driving signal for controlling a shutdown of the IGBT.

An envelope modulator incorporates the modulator and a method for amplifying an envelope signal utilizes the modulator.

The circuit includes fully-differential operational amplifier, first capacitor, second capacitor and outputting circuit for amplifying induced current; negative input of the amplifier is connected to display screen, positive input thereof is connected to reference voltage, negative output thereof is connected to first control terminal of the outputting circuit, positive output thereof is connected to second control terminal of the outputting circuit; two terminals of the first capacitor are connected to the negative input of the amplifier and an input of the outputting circuit respectively; one terminal of the second capacitor is connected to the output of the outputting circuit and the other terminal is grounded. The invention enables the output voltage to respond rapidly by amplifying induced current with dual outputting stages in the sensing circuit to raise the speed of the external-compensation.

In one embodiment, an amplifier circuit comprises an output stage comprising a first output transistor, the first output transistor comprising a gate, a source, and a drain, wherein the gate receives a signal to be amplified. A bias circuit biases the gate of the first output transistor. A damping circuit is coupled the gate of the first output transistor and is configured to produce a high impedance at low frequencies and a low impedance at high frequencies. The damping circuit includes a current limit circuit to limit current to the gate of the first output transistor when a voltage on the gate of the first output transistor decreases in response to the signal.

More specifically the invention relates to output stages for providing an output signal, into which an integrated circuit may be used. An aspect relates to an integrated circuit capable of driving an external class-B output stage in a manner that allows providing a continuous output signal over the full range of desired outputs. The integrated circuit may comprise a class-AB output stage working in conjunction with the class-B output stage so as to provide a hybrid output stage. The integrated circuit may prevent dead band problems commonly faced when employing a class-B output stage. The integrated circuit may also reduce the quiescent current of the hybrid output stage. This may have further advantages, such as for example, the output stage producing less heat/power than needs to be dissipated.
