    • Bias current is supplied to a first differential pair and a second differential pair from a first transistor being a single current source. Bias current is supplied to a third differential pair and a fourth differential pair from a second transistor being a single current source. An input voltage is at a power supply potential, and an input voltage is at a ground potential. When the second differential pair and the third differential pair are turned OFF, the bias current supplied from the first transistor flows to an output stage via the first differential pair, and the bias current supplied from the second transistor flows to the output stage via the fourth differential pair. Therefore, when the second differential pair and the third differential pair are turned OFF, a circuit current is kept constant, and a fluctuation in a frequency characteristic can be restrained.

    • An inverting amplifier according to a first embodiment includes an inverter circuit, a first voltage generating circuit, and a second voltage generating circuit. The inverter circuit has an input terminal, an output terminal, a first first-conductivity transistor, and a first second-conductivity transistor. The first (second) voltage generating circuit has a first (second) current source, a second first (second)-conductivity transistor, and a third first (second)-conductivity transistor. The first (second) current source supplies a predetermined current. The second first (second)-conductivity transistor has a control terminal with a predetermined bias voltage applied, and two ends connected to the other end of the first first (second)-conductivity transistor and the first (second) current source, respectively. The third first (second)-conductivity transistor has a control terminal connected to the other end of the second first (second)-conductivity transistor, and one end connected to one end of the second first (second)-conductivity transistor.

    • A folded cascode operational amplifier is disclosed. The folded cascode operational amplifier includes a first current source, a second current source, and a first voltage terminal connected to the first current source and the second current source. The folded cascode operational amplifier also includes a first input-transistor connected to the first current source in series, and a second input-transistor connected to the second current source in series. Further, the folded cascode operational amplifier includes a tail current source connected to a connection point between the first input-transistor and the second input-transistor, a load current source, and a second voltage terminal connected to the tail current source and the load current source. The folded cascode operational amplifier also includes an output-transistor connected to the load current source, and an output-terminal arranged between the second current source and the second input-transistor and connected to the output-transistor. The second current source is a mirroring current source of the first current source, and a ratio of a current passing through the second current source to a current passing through the first current source is greater than one.
