摘要： The present invention relates to a forming method using a thermal transfer printing sheet which is capable of implementing a three dimensional pattern. A method of forming a protruded surface using a thermal conduction difference of each portion of the pattern by a partial deposition thermal transfer printing sheet printed on a surface of a base material of a plastic substrate, or a gold or silver thin film partially printed by an engraving roller, and then the printed surface is heated to a certain temperature, so that the surface is divided into a heat blocked portion and a heat absorbed portion. In the forming method using a partial deposition thermal transfer printing sheet, or a gold or silver thermal transfer printing sheet, a thermal transfer printing sheet is dry-printed using only a heat and pressure, and a protruded surface is easily formed through a thermal diffusion process. It is possible to form various natural protruded surfaces. A work process is simple, and an excellent three dimensional pattern and economical product is obtained.

摘要： A first adhesive sheet is made to adhere to glass in plate form, and after that, the glass is cut with a blade so as to be separated into a number of glass pieces. A second adhesive sheet is made to adhere to the surfaces of glass pieces on the side opposite to the surface to which the first adhesive sheet is made to adhere. The first adhesive sheet is peeled from the glass pieces. The first adhesive sheet is peeled in the state where glass chips that have been created in the process for cutting the glass adhere to the first adhesive sheet, and therefore, most of the glass chips which adhere to the first adhesive sheet are removed with the respective glass pieces in the state of adhering to the second adhesive sheet not being scattered.

The device guides the foil matter so that its transfer from outside to inside is effected by at least one progressive turning of this foil matter around a second idling roller during passage of the foil matter through the window. The second roller intersects an edge of the window. The foil matter passes over a third idling roller angled with respect to the second one and to reoriented the foil matter along the longitudinal axis of the machine.

摘要： A method of selectively transferring devices arrayed on a first substrate to a second substrate on which an adhesive resin layer is previously formed is provided. The method includes steps of selectively heating the adhesive resin layer on the second substrate by laser irradiation from the back surface side of the second substrate, and curing the selectively heated portions of the adhesive resin layer, thereby adhesively bonding those to be transferred of the devices to the second substrate. At this time, portions, corresponding to the devices, of the adhesive layer are heated directly or indirectly via the devices or wiring portions by laser irradiation from the back surface side of the substrate. The heated portions of the adhesive resin layer selectively exhibit the adhesive forces. The heated portions of the adhesive layer are then cured, so that only the devices to be transferred are selectively transferred to the second substrate. As a result, only the devices to be transferred can be done so with certainty, efficiency, and accuracy without exerting adverse effect on other parts.
